JUST GOT ANOTHER CALL FROM THIS NUMBER 856-874-9001, NOT A MARKET RESEARCH COMPANY - THEY ARE SELLING MAGAZINES - SO THEY DO ADHERE TO THE DO NOT CALL REGISTRY - THEY ARE SELLING SOMETHING!!!  I WISH THEY WOULD STOP HARASSING PEOPLE!  GET THE POINT - I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS YOUR JOB, BUT IF SOMEONE DOES NOT CALL YOU BACK THEY DO NOT WANT YOUR MAGAZINES!!!

You are concerned about the false probability of someone getting permanent damage from a blown whistle in phone -
1. decibels not the same via phone speakers as if done live
2. Like putting one hands on a hot stove, body response will immediately remove it and listener will pull phone receiver away from their ear as fast as hand on fire.
3. What about the financial damage of harrassment of telemarketers constantly ignoring  state and national "do not call" laws and wasting huge amounts of business's time and thus money?  Many times I miss calls from customers wanting to buy my services cause of harrassing telemarketers calling - and they often use fake local city area codes to pretend they are from my city when actually they are from out-of-state. So I have to answer, but then find out it's a junk call.
4. Many phone companies charge by how many incoming calls you receive and I often get 25 to 50 junk calls a week that I have to pay for.  So whose side are you one?

Called ID shows Maxium Research.  Since they first started calling the office today around noon, they have called back 10-15 more times and it's only 3:00pm now.  I have not picked up the phone and they have not left a message.

Called and asked for the owner. When I said he was not available and asked for his name and number so that the owner could get back to him, he said it was an out-going phone only and that he would have to call back. I did not answer the next time he called and he did not leave a message.

they're baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaccccccccccccccck and using several numbers 856-874-9001, 856-470-2169. The pissers called me at 9:30 last night after calling all during the day. I do not believe them to be a legitimate company regardless of what they say. They ARE looking for information and I don't believe it to be for a survey. They are trying to market specific products to targeted consumers. They call asking for a certain type of info, then call back again asking something else. I've told them repeatedly to stop calling me. Survey or not, they are not allowed to call cell phones and are required by the do not call registry(HA!) to maintain an in house do not call list. I am sick to death of political surveys, energy surveys, survey surveys ad nauseum. I think we should have to ask to be included rather than excluded from this type of intrusive behavior.

On August 30th, 2012, I was called from New Jersey 856-874-9001. The caller talked fast and said he was contacting research and would like to ask questions. I said I had no time. He asked "are there any males in the house?"

They do not try to sell you anything, it is actually a research company for a company called Beta Research.  Just  to let everybody know, i use to know work there when i was 17 so thats how i know.

Called asking about an Arts Survey or something I said not interested. Annoying.

i got a call on sunday at 10 am and again at 2;10 pm
they call regardless of ur name being in do not call ..when i told her that i m in the registry she argued with me,she was very rude advising me to check if i m in the do not call registry...and then hung up on me as if i had called her...wish i could do something about it.

Actually, I worked at one of those places and loud noises are automatically filtered through an audio compressor. What is loud on your end is not on ours. So, go ahead and keep thinking you are so smart but the truth is... your not

Wish these idiots would stop calling.  Tried being rude, that doesn't work.  Asked 5 times to be taken off the call list, that didn't work.

They keep calling my personal cell and when I answer they hang up. Calls come at all hours day or night

They called me and I told them that I would be happy to answer their questions.  That is after they pay my fee of $500 for 15 minutes, as I charge $2000 an hour for my services and the minimum increment charged is for 15 minutes.  Seems to work with other survey takers, let's see if it works with these guy's!

I received a call from this company twice today. They went on my personal blacklist. I use Ooma as my home telephone. I pay $10.00 per month for their premium service which gives me a personal blacklist. I can put any number on the blacklist and when the caller calls my number, it only rings and rings on their end. I never hear their ring again. It works like a charm. By the way I don't work for Oooma. I just love the service.

Called on my land phone. Listed as from New Jersey on my caller I.D. Leaves no message. Will never answer to this call on my phone.

Got a call from this number for the first time. Caller ID said: New Jersey. Of course, no message was left..just a hangup. I hope they don't call as many times as IDAHO. I get calls from that number 208-376-3376 every day. No message is ever left. I am on the "do not call" list...as if that helps!
