William Clark from QAR- Quality Asset Recovery called me from this # a million times and I finally called it back to see who it was, they are debt collectors.  He was pretty nice and willing to work with me all kinds of ways, the bill was something small that I let slip thru the cracks so its not a big deal, I had planned on paying it anyway.  

They must never call my work again!

Got a call from a Quincy Roberts,  of  QAR .  He slipped  and said he  was  representing
Capital Health.  He wanted me to verify  my social,  and when  I
refused, he asked me to at least  tell him  the last digit.
I refused, and he became nasty .and I asked him what it was regarding
again, stating I would not give my personal info out.  Then he wanted  me to
tell him the street number I lived on, and I refused  again.
He got angry and hung up.

These ppl are rude, bullies, and non professional! The area code is local, I would like to know where they are located so I can speak personally to them. Since they act so ghetto im a be, Ya aint gettin notn from me wit dat attitude. You can tell when you speak with someone that have class and one that does not have class.They start talking all nice in the beginning then they get agitated and frustrated and hang up the call. It gives me the sense that the call is not being monitored. If they insist on these shananigans, I will be talking to my lawyer!!!

No MSG just keeps calling.

They keep calling when I answer they hang up. This is a gov, phone because i need it for emergency. i live in louisiana, don't know anyone from NJ and i pay my bills. Guess they don't have nothing better to do, or  there on dope.

Unwanted call

This company has called me twice on my cell phone--for no reason. They have an automated response that asks you to wait to speak to someone named Jerry.

They are also using the following numbers. 704-837-0139 and 704-837-1031. Typical debt collector trying to use numbers that are local to the debtor so as to trick them into thinking its something else.

This person keeps calling and trying to tell me different things that I owe. First it was that I owe his client but wouldn't tell me the client. Then 2 weeks go by and he calls again this time he says he's from a Hospital near me and that both me and my husband stayed in the Hospital last year & we own over $ 800.00 in hospital fees! I'm sick of this a** trying to con me.

I can't count the number of times this PHONE # has appeared on my Caller ID.  And I have zero information about why they might be trying to call me.  TODAY I tried to CALL THEM BACK.  HAHA!  I ended up ON HOLD and subsequently disconnected.   WHAT'S THIS ALL ABOUT?

I receive hang-ups on a newer phone number from this outfit.  If they track stuff via a phone number, it is likely that they are trying to follow-up on old contact info from the previous owner of the phone number.  You would think that after dozens of attempts, they would confirm their contact info.

they have called at 9am two days in a row.just more low-lifes.
I have a prepaid cell phone I just bought. I do not have any outstanding bills so my guess is someone calling for this number is a scam of some sort. NO ONE has this number

This company isn't bogus. For a collection agency they're actually somewhat polite. If you call the number back it should connect you to a rep who will locate what your debt is according to your phone number. Yes, I did have the issue with the hangups, but don't you think the first step is to deal with the company? My debt was from a hospital that had not yet been reported on my credit report. Therefore, before paying I did contact the hospital to make sure that there was an open balance and that the call was legit. There was a balance, took care of it, paid it, and done.

Got a call from them - Laser Spine Institute.  They do surgery for spinal issues.  Not sure if they represent other companies but that is who they said they were when they called me.

Got a call frm this number...says call back number. Hoax call looks like.

They keep calling, never say why, just it's VERY important, I don't owe anyone anything all bills are paid!!!!!

ITS A FAKE BS HOW THE f**% CAN IT GO INTO A LEAGAL MATTER UNLESS THEY ARE THE ONE HAVING TROUBLE WITH FRAUD

They also participate in a scam from HFC.  I was paying on a sewing machine that I had interest free for a year.  I put $200 down on an $800 machine. I then made payments every month.  I started getting credit offers from HFC.  I threw them out.  They kept on coming.  Meanwhile, the original seller of the machine in Princeton who said that the company was the sewimg machie company I was paying, participated in reselling my account to HFC.  I am not sure how they work but they resell and resell and resell the accounty (they have 17 companies) and each one files a deliquency on a credit report.  I took the matter to an attorney.  I had proof of my payments.  He told me that I had the right to go to court and tell the court what happened and to write them a letter.  I did that.  They ignored.  Then they resold the accont again.  I got a job and was threatened with garnishment.  I was then harrassed at work by a man in a car following me around.   I told my employer about this.  Things went downhill after that.   I gee the phone calls now on my cell phone and had a conversation about why they would not tell me who they were.  finally got to talk to a women who told me they wanted to refinance my home!  Now I was really confused. I had gotten a reverse mortgage.  I have no idea what type of scam they are doing this time but I have no credit cards. I have no debts and after paying $600 on a $800 sewing machine (which I refuse to use and use my old one because of how upset this has made me), I now am told I owe one of the affiliates of HFC $2400.  Maybe by now it is $4000!  I have no idea how to stop this type of behavior by a credit and I do not understand how I can have a garnishment if I never got to go to court!

How do we report this number or company? they are annoying and probably breaking the law too.

Jack McAllister had an important message for me. They wanted to know my phone number. I gave them the whole "don't you know who you are calling? You called me! What are you doing calling random numbers with a recording? You are breaking NJ State law, I want to talk to a supervisor..."

This operator had an attitude and tried to get snippy with me so I gave her the whole "you have a bad attitude, who do you talk to in that tone of voice? I hope this call is recorded so your supervisors can see how out of control you are. Is PMS a terminal condition with you?"

That's when she hung up and I could not find out who Jack McAllister is or what was the important message.

They are a DEBT COLLECTOR!!!! If they call you...obviously you owe them money for something (medical bills, unpaid credit debt, etc.). If you think you owe nothing, then find out for sure and get proof that you owe nothing.

They can turn it into a legal matter. Take care of your debts. Do not ignore your debt as the debt will not ignore you!

The number is for a Bill collector.  DO NOT CALL THEM BACK-- DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION, DO NOT AGREE OR ADMIT TO ANYTHING.  FOR THAT MATTER, DON'T EVEN ANSWER THEIR CALL !!!

They are trying to collect on a debt.  Could be one generated by an ID thief, an EX wife/husband, child, parent, grandparent or any other person that got your info.  May even be someone who had a lein on your property when you purchased it.  Agree to nothing because they will make your life a living hell!  They will even call your place of work and be the reason that you loose your job, they don't care!

I get calls from them every day....I just don't answer them. Simple as that...have fun calling because I have no intention of answering.  If it isn't someone I know, I don't answer.

Check this crap. I googled the so called "judgment recovery". Any nitwit with half a brain can do this s**t.
