After posting my previous note,  I checked  the  Better Business Bureau site.  They have rated this so called "business" an "F".   The BBB site also states that the "Notification Center" address is actually  found in Chicago.  This "business" also operates under "Smart Shoppers Promotion Company."

I also received a post card from this "business" stating I had won $100 in gift rebates from Wal-Mart and Target.  Don't these scammers EVER get tired of trying to scam people?  Enough is enough!!

I ALSO GOT A CARD FROM THESE PEOPLE STATING I HAVE WON A $100.00 IN GOD REBATES THAT ARE GOOD AT WALMART AND TARGET. I CALLED THEY HAD ME TALK TO TWO GUYS ANDY AND ALFRED THIS IS THE CLAIM NUMBER THEY GAVE ME #007191479. AFTER TALKING TO THESE PEOPLE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED NOTHING AND THEY TOOK $19.95 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. I WON'T STOP UNTIL I GET MY MONEY BACK .I DO KNOW THET THIS IS A SCAM AND THEY ARE CALLING FROM MASSACHUSETTS. FOR FUTURE REFERENCE DON'T FALL FOR ANYBODY CALLING U FROM 1-857-203-7755. THEY ARE FULL OF IT!!!!!!!

got a postcard in the mail  I did not call  I research Notification Center in Herndon, VA

this is a scam  they are trying to get your debit card number

Received the post card saying I won $100.00 in gift rebates good at Wal-Mart, Target and more.
I'm tossing the post card.
I don't want rebates for products I may not want.  If it were for a $100.00 gift card, I might call them.

Called gave info and card and now  waited 10 days then told wait till today. All is not fine they give you run around.

just got this card saying call this number, get a walmart gift card. i wonder how much the call costs you and why no company name on card. sounds like a scam to me.
