Just rec'd a call from this number.  There was a pause after I answered and said "hello", then the caller said "hi jeff, how are you?"  (they knew my first name) I replied, "fine, who is this? and he responded with "this is Charlie."  I said "Charlie from where?" and he replied "Charlie from California" then the call disconnected.  No other information to provide.
