these people keep calling me.  they have all my information! They are telling me they are coming to my house to arrest me!  They say I took out a payday loan

They have called my work and cell over 12 times in the last 24 hours. They are a scam for sure. I am now working with Local Police and FBI for Identity Theft, FCC violations, and Fraud. Do not be intimidated by them. Gather as much information from them as you can. I received that calls many times  about asking me payments  he scare me  many times

I ended up getting a call fom this number saying I needed to pay or id go to jail for a minnimum of four days and they'd come a get me at my work! I'm a working mom and for them to ask me for a payment of 300 dollars is off the wall when I've never gotten any kind of pay loan like that? Then I tell them I don't have that kind of money and he tells me to barrow it from someone! Wow I was pretty upset

This number is calling and harassing people illegally. It is a SCAM being investigated by the FBI. Ignore their calls. If you do answer, tell them that you are reporting them to the authorities.

Our local news station reported these guys as aggressive scammers. Don't pay them anything! Call the police and report them. Tell them if they call, the FBI is looking for them and they are the only ones who will be arrested.

This number was just on the local Denver news.
Apparently it is a big scam, and the FBI are looking into it. They get your information if you have applied for some loan online. The news showed how this old lady was scared to death because the guy calling kept on threatening her.
Just threaten the s*** out of him if he calls.
Don't fall for it. He claimed she took a payday loan out for $7000, and that she was going to get arrested on fraud charges. She could get out of it if she paid $550. Luckily her daughter intervened and the old lady did not send a money order.

ALWAYS record their calls. Log their calls. Tell them you are recording immediately when you answer the phone. If they object tell them they can end the conversation, otherwise they WILL be recorded. If they are calling the wrong number tell them you will file complaints with their attorney general, your attorney general and the FTC. Demand their physical address to send a certified cease and desist letter. Google it to make sure it is a correct address. Send the letter. If they call again sue them for a FDCPA violation. If they claim you have a debt DEMAND a letter of validation be sent through the MAIL. If the debt is past the statute of limitations do not pay it.  Research the FDCPA ans sue for each and every violation. You can make a few bucks on their violations of the law. Be civil, but do not let them talk over you. Yell over them if necessary. Remember RECORD their calls :).

They also called me and said I would be arrested for a payday loan I have never taken out, they continue to call me at work and my cell phone number.

These people are harassing me about a pay day loan that I have no earthly idea what they are talking about..... Who are these people.... It doesn't make any since for them to be harassing people like this. I don't have the time nor day to deal with this foolishness!!!!!

I receive a call this afternoon on my cell and work phone from a  foreign speaking man name Jeremy stating he is an attorney at a law firm callling me in reference to an important legal matter in reference to some online payday loan with a nationwide lender US CASH and threatening me that they will be notifying my job and serving me with a supeona to arrest me. Also I will have to stay in jail for 7 days but if I have an attorney I can get a bail bond. When I began to question him he couldn't provide me with any information stating it's against privacy law to provide me with the detail information on the claim filed against me for fraud. He was very rude to me because I was disputing the  allegations and inquiring how did he obtain my personal information. He than transfer me over to some lady name Janet Brown who is the head of restitution trying to get me to pay $561.60 by today or otherwise she will be forwarding over the paywork to the officer to have me arrested ans than she hung up on me. I wish I knew who this was because they have harassed me all day.

caller identifies himself as Rickey when I do not give in to him demands he gets angry with me and tells me the police will be coming to pick me up in the morning. Heavy Indian accent I cant hardly understand what he is saying I ask him to speak with an American he tells me that he is American. I doubt it....... I ask him to speak english which is the National language of America he dosent understand what I am asking him.

Called me saying they are with a loan company that supposedly gave me a payday loan (wrong) and it was returned as nsf against my bank. Said that I needed to speak with their litigation/settlement department to pay it or they were suing me and sending the police to my house to arrest me for fraud. Again, I don't know how they got my home # or my bank's name but they can send who they want- I told them I needed their info so I could call the police to report someone using my information and they hung up on me. Said he was from American payday loan and "Dixon and Davis Lawfirm" is who would represent them if I did not speak to their settlement department.

The man "John Schneider" of Simon and WIlson Associates of San Diego, CA threatened to arrest me if I don't pay for some payday loan I don't have.

i got a threat from the man that called me...said if i did not return my call right away because he was an attorney...that "i am sorry for you"...then he called me at work and told me that the police were coming with hand cuffs to arrest me!

Called me and said I need an attorney, because I am being sued for fraud and intent to fraud the  federal government!
