Got a phone call at 2:38am in the morning.  It woke me up which I didn't appreciate.  The message was garbled with lots of noise in the background.

Received this call, but no one spoke. Figured it was a telemarketer.

These nos. 858-568-7632 and 858-240-4079 keep calling me hella times. the last 3 calls are from the 4079 no. and they left a couple voice-mails, they are pretending to be my friend saying " I love you Friend, This is (their name), I'll call you later OK" or just simply leaving a 2min long voice-mail and you hear them at the background talking. it sounds like people from a call center office in the Philippines.. you can hear them talking in English with their Filipino accents.

this is kinda annoying that my own countrymen are bugging other people here in abroad. I hope some call ceneter manager or companies will see this messages and do some necessary steps to stop this.

Your callers do not maintain this site or this web page. Your callers cannot magically determine which numbers should not be called based on anonymous comments. You cannot expect compliance with your orders until, if possible, you deliver them *directly* to your caller.

The magic phrase for sales and charity calls is NOT ''take me off'' or "remove my name", but ''Add this number to your Do Not Call list''.

This number is persistent and annoying. They call even in the middle of the night Calgary time.  And when you answer, he or she will introduce himself or herself then starts speaking Filipino.  Several times my European husband  answered the phone and the caller just proceeds to speak Filipino despite my husband saying I do not understand your language speak English and still will not speak English, he was so mad he hanged up.   We repeatedly asked to stop calling we do not need any of what they are offering and to their desperation to make a sale started saying sob stories about their family to have been victims of typhoon Haiyan and that my cooperation is badly needed as some of their proceeds in their sales will be donated to the victims of typhoon Haiyan. What a poor business practice. One time I patiently talked with the caller and could not fully explain to me what is their company about so she called her supervisor to explain to me because she is only a high school graduate and is not very fluent and is inexperienced. What a joke!  They call so often even in the middle of the night.  They are rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I answered their call today and again i asked for my number to be removed from their calling list, she says she is unable to remove anybody's number from their call list. She says i have to call them back to have from number taken out and i said that does not sound fair for them to keep calling even if they have been repeatedly told not to. I hanged up before I could say something rude to her. She called back i answered again and she put me in this hideous noise on the phone. It seems that they have different company name each time. Today's is Ceogen Plaza Teleshopping or sounds like that...

My caller ID states NAME NOT FOUND.
I did answer the call one time, I get 5 to 10 call from this number sometimes on a daily basis, and asked who I was talking to.
The man said his name was Dhanchris Reyes. He does have a Facebook page. Lives in the Philippines. He is an account officer for SalesRain, Inc, a telemarketing company out of Manila, Philippines. Why they are calling the US, I don't know. The person said that the call wasn't costing him anything so I guess it was to just harass Americans Too bad he doesn't remember or have respect for the American lives lost against the Japanese so that their country could be free and he would have time to call Americans as a joke.

A lot of calls have bothering us since 2013 until nowl' Their calls have been affecting our privacy , even at the middle of the night or during our deep sleep . Now we are not answering any calls thinking that it must be them. When we any of us happens to answer them they take all or much  of our time by insisting to buy their products or give them referrals .Or they get back to us by calling and calling using harsh. words and tones , Please help us in this situation. It has been affecting/annoying us for almosyt 2 years now,

I am getting call every day, so from my smart phone I put their number with silence ring tone, so every time they call my phone would not ring.

In the last two months I received 76 (!) Calls from them, the last one was last night at 1am! They're from Philippines and there's nothing you can do to stop them from calling you.

got the same call today...went to vm they didn't leave mess, just stayed on line for 2mins

I get called from these people every so often. They often start rambling in Filipino, which I don't speak. They're always taken aback when they find out I don't speak Filipino. I've asked a number of times to have my number removed from their call list. However I get the feeling the either don't understand or don't care.

i get 4-5 calls every day! the sob story rehearsed by all, for if one telemarketer failed to fully convinced you, another will call you, to back up the sob story! if their story is real i told them i am going to report them to their head quarters in San Diego.  what they're doing is plain manipulation and harassment on part of all, telemerketers and us-customers! that made the rehearsed sad story become like a bubble vanished in thin air!  they call from these numbers: 858-240-4079; 858-312-7724; 858-568-7635

everyday i got a call fr.this number, i told them to stop calling me!!

I got a call at 11pm from them. They are a telemarketer called Sales Rain Plaza.
They claim to be from the Philippines and gave a sob story and wanted $50 for membership. Not sure if it's a scam or not, but it sure sounds like one.

In the last 10 days I started to keep track of these calls, 24 (!) calls in total in the last 10 days only, and they have been calling for about a year now!

Received a total of 9 calls since yesterday. Outrageous!

got called from this number today at 4:31pm, 4:40pm, 4:42pm, 4:46pm, 4:47pm, 4:49pm, 4:53pm, 5:04pm, 5:11pm, 5:29pm, 5:50pm, 5:54pm, 6:07pm, 6:15pm. Answered each time, told them to stop calling me, and then as you can see, they would almost immediately call me back. And I wont be surprised if they call back again before the day is done! And these are just from today. This has been going on almost everyday for months. When the phone rings at my house I just want to cry. I just want to eat supper, please, leave me alone!
