I feel its from an app you down load and its someone trying to prake call and thats the number it shows

Got a call from this number and I did not answer because I never answer a call from a number I do not have an ID on.  If it is family, from a phone other than their own, they will leave a message.  No one left a message, which means it is scammers.  I know that the scammers now days try to download malware onto your phone so they can access anything you have used your phone for or have synced to it. That could be banking, email, from your email into other things that are communicated to you through email. I have Norton on my cell, I recommend every one have some form of protective program on your phone. Also there is a new scam everyone should know about. These people try to get you to call them by looking you up on people find and then calling people from the possible relatives list and telling them that it is urgent that you call them before 4:30, or what ever time is close to when they think a business would close.  So your relatives call you in a panic telling you to call this number they got.  Well when you look up the number it turns out to be connected to a European internet site that Norton does not approve nor suggest you log onto.  The phone number is toll free but listed on that site with several other toll free numbers they use.  I called the number and a guy answered and said "John Sanchez" the next time I called it a girl answered and said "corporate offices how may I direct your call?"  Both times I had my phone on mute so they could not hear my side.  So everyone please look up any number that you do not recognize and spread the word around to friends. This site and others like it are our best protection.  Please always comment and report, I can not thank everyone enough for saving me from these shysters by leaving all the comments you do, thanks a million.

I just signed up with Redbox and recieved a call from this number.. Don't know if it's related.

Just got a call from this number.  Answered, no one there.  Tried to call it back after I hung up and got, "you have reached a non-working number."  I'm pretty sure this is the same number that called me a few weeks ago trying to sell something and said, "No," when I told them to take me off their call list.  

Got a voice mail message from this #8582532449 and it said from BOGO on the caller id no message was left. A related email included a link in the message, but my browser said it was a phishing scam. Thank God it caught it. Beware of this number!

Got a call this morning from this number. I answered and it was completely silent. Ive heard of a scam where a number calls you, typically ringing just once. When you call back you end up with all these charges. I've been hearing about so watch out! I looked up the area code and it says it's from San Diego.

Holy potatoe !!  Same for me! Even called me by my name. I don't know him, he called twice and my dad picked up. Freaking me out now

Guy sounded Arabic/Indian did sound like crowd in the back, he said something but couldn't understand so i asked him to repeat what he said and he hung up.
