Got a call from this number.  It was an answering machine's voice with a British accent.  I have a feeling that it is Union Bank's bill collectors still trying to collect on an old debt.  As soon as I heard the British accent, I logged to make sure they do not call me again today.  FDCPA rules do apply.  They better hope that they do not violate them because I will "take action" (sue for harrassment).  Keep a record of all of your "unwanted calls", then google FDCPA and learn your rights.  One of my former debt collectors (MCM) (San Diego) lost a case for almost 1 million dollars for operating in another state without a permit from that state (ouch).  Time for consumers to take action against "debt collectors".  Don't forget people, we are living in a "fiat monetary" (fake aka bull$%#*) economy.  Learn to play the game!  Get Kevin Trudeau's books and educate yourself!  ASAP!  Be sure to educate others with every phone call that you get so that we can "CHANGE THINGS".

Got another call from this number today, says "H W" on caller ID.  Message says it's Union Bank and to call 800-358-3370 option 3.  I checked bbb.org and it is a registered number to the bank.

Did not leave message.  Caller ID is "HW"

I answered my cell phone, no one spoke. I called back the number from my cell phone, "Call Failed", I called back from my land line home phone, "Sorry, all circuits are busy". Why are they making the call in the first place?

Some Australian lady calling from Union Bank.  Trying to get the money that you don't owe them.  Hmm.

An almost daily robo-call. Female voice with Austrailian accent. Same message every time: "This is an important message for [brief pause] James Jackson. This is not a sales call. If this is [brief pause] James Jackson, please contact Union Bank, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to [brief pause] 5 p.m. at 800-358-3370, option 3."

I have no idea who JJ is, but I sure wish these clowns would stop calling.
