I got 2 calls today from them. I picked it up and the guy on the other end said "how are you?" in an accent I couldn't understand. I said who are you and he repeated "how are you?' I said I don't know you so I'll hang up now. And I did. the number was: 858-300-6478.

I got a call from this number and it was my friend from Japan. It usually shows unknown when she calls me. I have no clue why this phone number showed up. Strange...

Have called me a number of times, and noone ever answers on the other end when I say hello.    For the first time today, I heard people in the background, like the call was being made in one    of theose    telemarketing phone bank rooms.    Will keep answering to try to figure out who it is and why they are calling.

this number is registering in my cell call log but when called back, it says number is no longer in service...

Got a call from this number showing "STATEOFCA E" on the caller ID.  It was a prank call.  I kept them on the line so long telling them nonsense that the guy eventually admitted it was a prank call he was recording and going to put on YouTube.  It wasn't even a funny premise.  He said they were calling using Skype, so maybe that is why so many people are getting different kinds of calls from this number--maybe it is some sort of number used repeatedly by Skype.  Or, maybe he was lying, and he and his buddies are making and recording all of these calls.  He admitted that they've made several.

Caller ID States "StateofCA E" sounds like bill collectors. Have never answered.

I got a call today for my son from this number 858-300-6478, it was an india accent, couldn't understand him too well, he said my son is being charged with fraud for a loan he got (which he did not get}, he also had my son's old routing no and account no from a bank he no longer has.  they told me he could get arrested, i told him to learn how to speak proper engish so i can understand what the hell he's talking about, he then hung up.  the caller id showed stateofca e....and said they were called fci...very wierd, but now i know it was a scam thanks to other people who also got called by this no.

858 300 6478 calls regularly and doesn't say anything, I have quit answering when I see that number on the caller ID...They just called again at 08:37 this morning and, as usual, when I try to call it back it is busy.

Got a call from this number.  He said his name was Jaden from United States Financial Services.  Spoke with an Indian accent.  Could not understand him very well.

I got a voicemail from a friend when my only missed call was this number. I think it's the routing number for a calling card.

this no. 858 300-6478 called me everyday even 2 am, 3 am and 4 am in the morning, when i pick up no one is there. very disturbing and besides my tel. no is in the donnot call list.

I get a call from this phone # everyday between 1am to 5am. It's very weird and I would like for it to stop. When I answer the phone, no one is there.

Calls from this number were trying to inform me of changes made to my advance ticket package purchased from Compass Theatre in San Diego. They are having financial difficulties but trying to do the right thing by rescheduling reservations I placed in advance for March, 2010.

I got a call from this number at 3:31am, that's annoying!

Its a redirecting number. I get calls from family in  Mexico and this appears on the caller id.

got a call in my business line saying that i'm being sued for stealing money from a cash usa payday loan they had my routing number and account number then they hung up after i got deffensive with them sounded like from india foreighn be carefull anyone know were to report this number to stop this.

Called my work line and i missed it. I called the number back and it was just a busy signal.

Received a call from this number, quickly followed up by a call from 858-427-6421.   Neither number was identified, neither left a message.  Just interesting to see both numbers showing up as reported bogus calls.
