A recorded message claiming to be Mike. That I've been selected to receive a medical package. He's also called from different numbers with the 702 area code

Callers never leave a message! Started getting these calls after responding to the State of West Virginia for Insurance special rates for seniors. One man came from Virginia, 30 miles or so away, rang the door bell. I was in the bathroom so didn't get to the door. Once I did I found a sticky note upon which he wrote FedX with the no message with callers phone number.

858-391-4912 is a robocall trying to scam senior citizens.

They called, I said hello, they hung up.

This is a scammer looking for victims IMHO.
