Be very careful here folks. Not only did I work for this company but I also was arrested, indicted by the Grand Jury, and went to trial (feeling I was a victim of this scam) and was convicted and sentenced to 2 years of probation with house arrest. A class D felony will be on my record now the rest of my life. Stay clear of this SCAM, not only will you not get paid, you could also end up being arrested. When you ship any of the electronics that are over $1,000. this is considered a Class D felony (Theft of over $1,000 but less than $10,000) which carries a maximum of 4 years. All said and done, I not only did not get paid but also paid out $2,000 in bail, and 3,000 in legal fees with counsel and court costs.

Please read all comments ,You will not get paid...... 30 days they will lock you out . DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOU PRESONAL INFORMATION. They are running a scam, do not take any more packages if you have merchdise call the police. make a report . They setting up fraudulent account the bill is going to come to your house later stating that the credit card is not good.
Donna 2012-04-29 16:54:07 Unknown
Now this is the whole picture Swift-Post set up fraud account use them to charge the merchdise sent to "shipping and receiving Rep" they used our address to set up the account . I received a letter from one of the stores saying the mastercard number was incorrect . So if you still have the merchdise you might want to contact the store that it came from contact the fraud department.
I am contacting every agent that I can, because guess what ? It all is going to come back to our address. This is more powerful when this happened to more then one person?

It's a link to another thread about Swift-Post on this site. It has a lot of additional info.

Swift-Post has ruined my life. I worked for them for the 30 days required for training and I shipped 13 packages to Russian and Germany. On the 23 day I sent in my paperwork as stipulated in the "Employment Agreement". I was suppose to get paid on April 11th and I still have not gotten paid. I called every department that I could reach and left messages. I sent 1-3 emails everyday for 8 days with no response. I called from 4 of my freinds phones because it seemed that they were blocking my number. Every time I got through they gave me the run around as though they were working on getting me paid. I still have not gotten paid and have not gotten a response. Swift-Post.com has caused me a serious hardship because I trusted them enough to quit my job which was paying my rent and buying my food. I am going to go find a way to stop them so they cant do this to anyone else. I will be using post from this forum to help in my defense. I wish I would have found this forum before I got completely scammed out of my livelyhood.

Im sitting here in tears cause I just found out about the scam....im waiting on money that will never come....
Donna 2012-04-19 22:58:14 Unknown
Thanks, I have tried to cover all bases as much as I can to protect my self from Identity thief, they got my personal information. I have a password on my ss# to block that with the credit companies. If you all have not done that I suggest that you so. I am thinking about going to the media.

Temunjin is that link ok have you checked it out that julia posted
Ash 2012-04-19 22:14:02 Unknown
Hi Donna well i know right now your probably upset but at least you're not alone in this because when i found out I didn't know anyone who really went through this but i hope everything really works out for us so we can overcome this ugly dream
Temujin 2012-04-19 15:24:42 Unknown
I'm not sure what you're requesting, Julia. What would you possibly hope to gain from seeing them? This is a credit card theft scam, of that, I have no doubt ( A very cleverly crafted one). It's abundantly evident after reading the thread you posted a link to above. The legality or content of the contract is moot imo.
Julia 2012-04-19 13:54:42 Unknown
Hi everyone,
We have another discussion about the company at http://800notes.com/forum/ta-53b797319eab4f7/swift-post-com-investigation, and we want to get a hold of the employment contracts. If you have the paperwork please share it with us. Thank you.
Donna 2012-04-18 04:29:41 Unknown
Well, I guesss I am here to join this party everything that has been said, holds true for me also, from Georgia . Just got booted out of the system today. Same People, same players. Just came across this website to day. Thanks for information, wish I had seen this sooner.
Swift Deliveries Scam 2012-04-12 14:09:00 Unknown
Just FYI these people are formerly known as Swift Deliveries circa 2009. The more info we put out there the better. Also some of you who have already "worked" for the company may consider posting your exeperiences AND documentation on Wiki. A page can be started for the company with a section under scam. I have not "worked" for them so I have no documentation, else I would be devoting my energy to do just that right this very moment.

Wow they are calling me for an interview Friday April 12, 2012. Thank you for sharing information about the scam. Call me a skeptic, but in this life you DO NOT get something for nothing. I figured in this day an age why would someone trust me with their valuable items without first requiring a backround check. That was my first red flag. Second was that they were too eager to offer me employment. Unemployment is too high in the US for a company to be so eager to higher me. Third if you check with some reputable home business companies they are not hiring, lol. Most have a sign up saying that they never will be but thanks for looking. I wanted to include all of this because it took some creative searching to find this thread. So if someone google searched for Swift-Post Scam, hopefully they will find it.
Right now they are working the east coast. Floridia has been exhusted and they are working their way up. To date they are targeting North Carolina and Georgia due to the lax laws unfortunately. The only people who can be found/prosecuted are the middlemen, which would be us/you. For those considering "keeping the merch" "for edvidence (to sell to recoop promised payment) just a warning. Right now you are guilty of receiving stonen merch, mail fraud, etc.. The thing is your actions were predicated on good faith. ie you thought you were doing a job and would be compensated. If you sell/pawn the items, you will be guilty of sell the stolen merch with no real way of explaining that away.
Just a thought. Good luck to everyone.

I'm really scared, I don't know what to do. I already sent 3 packages for them and I keep the last one for prove. I also keep all paper forms and a copy of all conversations with Jennyfer Walker on the DB. Only God knows what will happen.
Ash 2012-04-10 03:13:46 Unknown
I am truly sad to hear someone else was scammed but good thing you caught them in two weeks because i went the whole month without knowing but they will be caught hopefully one day. Sad to say that address they provide is also a fraud
janet 2012-04-09 18:41:06 Unknown
I was scammed to, same people Jennyer Walker, Steven Elsworth and Thomas in payroll. I worked for 2 weeks and then the USPS questioned a fake paid on line form that said it was going to Russia but it had a tracking number for Canada they would not give me back the packages. I called Jennyer and she was all cool and said they would call the USPS supervisor and straighten it out. The USPS supervisor said a person was coming to my house to investigate. I was scarred to death. I got the two packages back and have them in my pocession for proof. Same thing I was suppose to get paid on 3/16 for my tranning never did and when you try to call you can"t reach anyone. Last week I got a hold of that Steve and he was scattered and went in circles. Let me know if anyone needs me to give them proof of merchaisdise. I have some of it. I also did tshirt the first mailing and then camera equipment, michael jordan shoes ect. Oh yeah my data base was disarmed the day I confronted them of what the USPS told me. It is ashammed these people exsist and we only want a job to pay our bills. I kept all my receipts, paper forms and emails with them.
Tina Norris 2012-04-09 14:07:56 Unknown
I too worked for Swift Post, recruited by Stephen Ellsworth and my manager was Jennyfer Walker. My mail was also returned. The Iredell county Sheriff's Department told me that they use stolen credit cards to buy merchandise they want someone to ship out for them. They also said I probably would not get paid and I have not. I would like to know if any law enforcement in California where they say they are based is involved. I am going to contact Homeland Security because they had me ship things out to Germany, Russia, and the Ukraine, saying Swift Post is an international delivery company. These people need to be stopped.
Ashley 2012-04-08 19:37:00 Unknown
Do not trust that lady she is a fraud they do shipping scams promising you money you will never recieve her thomas and steven please stay away from them
JJ 2012-04-06 17:58:20 Unknown
I called the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) yesterday (4/5/2012) by phone and they told me to contact the Attorney General in the state that I reside in.
JJ 2012-04-06 17:56:28 Unknown
What state do you and everyone else live in? I live in Florida and all the addresses that are listed on the invoices that I have are all in Florida (the original invoices that were in the packages anyways). I would also contact the FTC, IC3, Attorney General, and the BBB.
JJ 2012-04-06 17:01:08 Unknown
Yes, I can still log in also. I have screenshots, emails, receipts, and basically all the documents I have ever received from them.
JJ 2012-04-06 16:58:56 Unknown
After reading this I would have never applied for this job. I was desperate for employment it was not even funny. The exact same names, phone numbers, dates, everything that I on this website was the same for me. I worked for them for 30 days and I never received a paycheck. When I tried to contact them about my paycheck and why I didn't get paid they did not answer my calls, emails, and posts on the DB editor message board they use for you to log in. I wish I would have done a lot more research before. Please read this: What are Shipping Scams?
Shipping scams, similar to Payment Processing scams, usually originate as phony job offers sent out by fraudulent companies. These fake positions require the Job Seeker to receive packages, such as Electronics, DVD, CD?s and other items, and then re-ship the packages overseas to another location.
The fraudulent company usually promises that they will pay a commission per shipment, as well as cover any shipping fees. The Job Seeker receives the items at home, fills out the custom forms, and then re-ships the packages overseas. The ?employer? sends a check or initiates a direct money transfer to the Job Seeker and, a few days later, the bank notifies the ?employee? that the recently deposited funds are fraudulent. The bank holds the person on the account liable for the funds and, in certain cases, will seek legal action.
The goods received by the ?employee? in this position are commonly obtained by the fraudulent company through unauthorized credit card purchases online. The fraudulent employer purchased the items illegally and then uses the Job Seeker to ?launder? the goods overseas. Not only is the Job Seeker potentially fined for fraudulent deposits to their account by the bank, but could also be facing legal action from the credit card company for ?laundering products? or even criminal prosecution for receipt of stolen goods.

"Jennifer Walker" called.
Don 2012-04-05 01:16:30 Unknown
Yes I believe it's a scam. Life is never that easy, a company just see your resume online, talk to you over the phone, send you a contract, send to address valuable items to ship overseas, and you get $ 2400. Anyway they are very organized to commit their crime.
Ash 2012-04-04 15:38:56 Unknown
Yes strictly for evidence Lol but seriously though i want to file with them today but honestlyi'm scared to death that iwont be treated like who i am the victim. So basically I did a complaint with the I3 but not the general attorney's office but i gotta do it
Temujin 2012-04-04 14:47:45 Unknown
Oops! ...of it being undeliverable.
What's even more odd to me is the fact that they still allow us access to their site/database. One would think that they would cut us off once they stopped responding and it was evident to us that we had been scammed.
Temujin 2012-04-04 14:44:17 Unknown
I don't see that from USPS tracking. Mine shows that they requested pick up on their end in Germany. However, there's another entry that is unclear after that. It seems to suggest that the package is back in the US perhaps. There definitely is no mention of it being undel
Don 2012-04-04 14:09:47 Unknown
The first package which is a T-shirt shipping to someone in Germany is returned for fake address, are you guys aware of that?
Temujin 2012-04-03 20:48:46 Unknown
Apparently, they have the audacity to continue running their little scam. Usually scams rely on the victim's greed. We weren't greedy, we wanted a job (they actually found me on CareerBuilders). Now, they are being greedy. Therefore, I suggest that everyone here file a complaint with the attorney general's office. Hopefully, it will result in them getting what they deserve...a great big steaming helping of legal trouble.
A thought: One of the last items I shipped was a rather expensive watch...$500. Had I known what I know now, I might have held on to it...for "evidence" of course. /rolls eyes
Mwahaha!!!
