They will sue...but 1st you have a chance to make payment arrangements or settle if you don't...They will then sue you. If you can't pay ask for hardship payments...they will work with you...JUST BE HONEST (used to work there..before I moved to MN)

Someone at this number has been calling my parent's home asking for me. My mom told the lady I did not live there and she hung up. Left a message with an 800 number for me to call. I do not know what this is about.

My parents received another call from this number. They a messafe for me to call an 800 number. This number is listed to Corey Russel in San Diego, CA. I have no idea who that is.

Don't call them back, they are NOT lawyers, they are bottom feeding debt collectors.
Just ignore it.....if they were TRULY going to press charges and take action, they would have already sent the matter to court. They are trying to verify phone numbers.
Plus roto dialing by collection agencies is illegal, you can report them to the FTC.
You can also tell them that per the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, they are not to contact you via phone any longer and they MUST provide PROOF of the debt and they CANNOT HARASS OR CALL FRIENDS/NEIGHBORS/RELATIVES.
And then report them thru the FDCPA website for violating it. I have done it and it stopped the calls for about a year then they start up again. They don't have the ORIGINAL paperwork because they ILLEGALLY bought the supposed debt but not the paperwork.
Talking to them only gives them a foot in the door. Tell them they have the wrong number and hang up and ask relatives and friends to do the same.

I have been getting this person call me for over a year and at all different time of the day and night I have told tham than no person by this name live at this number to take me off they say ok 4 days latter I am back on the call list this is getting nuts and most of the time when I explain they hang up on me.
The thing is I have no debits and I no NO Rafeal Castro Think its a phone name I wood
