I received a call from this same number this morning claiming someone was filing a civil lawsuit against and a server would be at my address next week with papers. They had the last four of my social. Not sure what to think of this.

Called my house constantly and called my mom who lives thousands miles away saying I am in debt!!! How can I be in debt when I dont have a job I am a housewife and a mother who teaches her children at home? And my credit is bad, to the point where I can't get a loan (due to my ex's). I knew this call was a scam!!! Plus it blocked their number but left message with a number, WTF?!?!

That means it is most likely a debt collector and they are calling the reference sheet that you provided tp them when you received your credit. They will harass the people on the list to get to you.
