It's a credit card merchant services company.... They call an average of 2X per day for a period of about 2 weeks, then nothing for a week or so, then start calling from another completely different number again....

Asking to be removed from their list is fruitless. If you call back their number to tri to get your number removed you'll get voicemail and then they start calling you several times a day.

Real scum... even in the world of telemarketers!

They call twice a day every day.  Stating that they are my credit card processing company and that they need my okay to process some transactions.

Called us rapid-fire tonight- 5 calls in 9 minutes.  It's ridiculous...

THEY HAVE CALLED TRYING TO SELL TO US 5 TIMES AND WE ASKED TO BE REMOVED FROM THEIR LIST EACH TIME WITH NO COMPLIANCE ON THEIR END

They call on multiple lines at the same time and then hang up before we can answer.  This happens regularly.  They're tieing up my business lines.

Got a call and punched one to speak to someone.  The woman spoke so fast on the other end that I could not make out the company name...but it was not Hale Ventures..the name that showed up on caller I.D.  Told her to remove the name and she was fairly rude before hanging up.

Another aggravating telemarketer - asked to be taken off their call list - they hung up. Oh well - maybe I need to go ahead and purchase the 'call blocking' option from the phone company....sheesh...

Receiving recorded message calls from "Hale Ventures I" but from 213-291-1102 (an old Los Angeles area code)....very annoying, busy when I call back.

If they are asking for credit card information, they are phishing to defraud you, not telemarkers.  Got a call and hang up from 213-291-1102 at work today.

I received a call from them today at my business and came up a 213 number and us to be 858.

They have been calling me also saying they credit card processors wanting to lower my merchant fees. I say later and hang up, but they call again anyway. Too bad company's like this, who disguise who they are and what their intent is, are allow to exist.

they are NOT a car wash company, but want your credit card number,
so they can go after you... they are illegal debt collectors!

they say they have your deposit, and need a credit card to credit
the account... then they take all they can from your card!!

be extremely careful about who this REALLY is!!

They call my work at least 3 or 4 times a week with a recorded message. "All circuts busy" when I try to call back. Uggghhhhhh. How is this legal?

REPEATED UNSOLICITED MARKETING CALLS OVER LAST FEW WEEKS, APRIL - MAY 2009.

They call twice a day every day stating that they are my credit card processing company and that they need some info and my okay to complete some incomplete credit card transactions so they can desposit the funds into my account.

I googled Hale Ventures and they're a carwash company!  Not sure how this telemarketing firm selling credit card processing got a line on that name.
