She said she was with Frontier and wanted to lower my MSL rate and and per minute charge from what Verizon was charging.  I don't pay a MSL rate (whatever that is)  she had to keep asking her supervisor each time I asked a question.  They wanted our physical address, we use a P.O. Box and I asked her why, she couldn't tell me so I explained to her that our physical address changes every 3 years so she had to put me on hold again to check with her supervisor.  Then she asked for my last name which has nothing to do with our company, I asked her why she needed it and she said it was to continue with this offer and I told her to forget it and quit calling.

I read everyone elses blogs, same thing.  They hang up right after I answer the phone.   I called back and they say bye, and hang up.  It should be stopped.

I also get several calls from this number per day, usually with a hang-up. Today, I was surprised to get someone claiming to be from Frontier. I ended the call and looked up a real Frontier number on my bill.  I asked customer service if this was a legit number. The customer service rep said that he did not think so, and encouraged me to watch for unwanted charges on my bill.  That jogged my memory of something I had heard about on a radio show, and I asked for a 3rd party block on my bill. He was happy to do so. If the 858- pests should ever try to put a cram charge on our bill, now they won't be able to.

They call my business at least 5 times a day. Like everyone said, they hang-up when you answer or when you call them back it says goodbye. It is very annoying! Authorized to call Verizon customers that were bought by Frontier???? My phone service is and has been for years with Comcast. They are full of you-know-what. LEAVE US ALONE!!!!!!!!

I have experienced all of the complaints listed and have filed complaints with the national "do not call registry" which has not stopped the calls. It may be that more of the recipients  need to file a complaint for them to take action.

I get the same calls every day.  Sometimes 3 and 4 times a day.  They never leave a message.  I am not here when they call because I am at work.  They never call when I am home.  I always try to call back, but all it get is the word "Goodbye".  They are too cowardly to talk to anyone or leave a message.  I don't see what purpose this is serving for them.  FOOLS!!!!!!!!

They call many times and hang up when I answer.  When I try to call back it just says goodbye and hangs up.  This is very annoying for a business where you are on your feet all day.  It is hard to interrupt a customer and run to answer the phone and get hung up on.
