It's Univeristy of Phoenix. They called me 2 times in a row and left no message. I've been called by them numerous of times and asked to be removed from the calling list and they continue to call.

University of Phoenix. Beware of providing them your number online. It is impossible to remove yourself and they call with a sales pitch often!

I just called it and it is the University of Phoenix. Why they wouldn't leave a msg is beyond me.
