These folks are relentless! They come in from all different numbers. I've blocked most, but today this new number surfaced. I receive these calls every single day. There is a delay in the call (I suspect their call centre is in India or Philippines).  I traced the number back to California (San Diego). Upon calling, it states the number is out of service. So much for the "do not call" list that was implemented in Canada for these annoying bottom feeders. These companies have figured out the loophole to the "do not call". They hire call centres outside of Canada, reroute the phone through USA and ultimately end up in Canada.
