This home security company has been calling me for 8 months. They keep changing the phone number but the message is the same despite request to be removed from the list.

They aren't saying they are the FBI...  They are giving an FBI statistic on crime and then talking about their security systems.  I still think its a scam but they never say they are FBI.

I found that after I gave it on Facebook during an pm I started getting the calls.

They called and left no message around 1:30pm. I'm happy now I didn't answer, after reading how others talk about it's an "installation of a security system". Never seen this number before.

I got a call from this phone too...Irksome..no messages...telemarketers should be banned from cell phones.

Likely a telemarketer. it was to place a sign in my yard for a security system. doubt it's ADT - if it were I'd be ticked as we already HAVE their service. You'd hope I didn't get on some list for a service I already pay for every month.

CRAP - dont' call my cell.

It's a telemarketing call for a security firm. Their pitch is that the FBI stats so many houses are burglarized per year and that with their security system, you won't be a statistic. I don't know if it's a scam, but I usually ignore them.

They called and I answered. They said something about ADT and then I hung up and my phone went black. It stayed like that for a min and then went back to normal. Idk if it had something to do with the call or my phone but I called it back and it told me the same thing. Telemarketing. >:| stupid people.

They called. I missed it, so I called back. A voice message said that I had been contacted for telemarketing purposes. If I wish to no longer be contacted press any button. I pressed 1. It hung up. Hopefully they won't call back.

I'm sure they have a webcam set up so they know exactly when to call!

Called them back and stated was called for telemarketing purposes.  Recording does not provide service or company calling.

8587517497 called me by a robot. The automatic voice tried to sell something. F*** this company, whose employee and boss are all SOB.

Called number back electronic voice "You've been contacted for telemarketing purposes."  Think for fun I will report it.

This # called my cell phone - I didn't answer & they didn't leave a message. Based on the other posts here, they're violating the FCC rules against unsolicited commercial calls to cell phones, which tells me they're not a reputable company.

Didn't recognize, so didn't answer. Called back and it didn't ring, went to auto message that said, "you received this call for telemarketing purposes. If you no longer want to receive these calls, press any number." Pressed a number and it automatically hung up, not sure if it removed my number as no confirmation was given. Showed up as 858-751-7497 on my phone.

Identified themselves as ADT Security System.  Called for the past two days, May 5 and May 6, 2013.  I told them both days that I did not need a security system.

Did not answer the call.
