I too received a call TODAY from these guys.  in fact, I got THREE CALLS.  The first one I answered like I normally do, which may have triggered their "hello" recognizer.  I heard a female voice for a second, then nothing.  THEN I got another one about 10 minutes later (a guess on the time period).  THIS TIME, no sound at all, just a 'click'.  THEN, I got ANOTHER one, but THIS time I carefully said 'hello' [like a robot] so the robot dialer would recognize "it was answered", and I got a human, the SAME female voice as before.  I got the company name and phone number, then SCREAMED AT THEM to NEVER CALL BACK because my number _IS_ on the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST.  It was "United Express Construction" at _THIS_ phone number.  Now the BBB has a listing for them, rating them at A+.  I attempted to complain, but got stuck in the (apparently broken) web site's entry form.  The BBB link is here:  https://www.bbb.org/san-diego/business-review ... go-ca-172006039

If they are _NOT_ respecting the DO NOT CALL LIST, they should _NOT_ receive an A+ rating from the BBB!

Missed a call 2:52 pm, 02/11/2014 from 1-858-810-3215.  Caller ID indicated it was "United Express"
Tried to return it, but  as soon as it connected, it would disconnect.
Went on line to see who it might have been, found this web site about this number, so I am just reporting it as requested.  I too live in San Diego.  This is most annoying, and I am now going to block the number.

My lunch was disturbed today when a muddle mouthed "Slo-mo," calling itself "Gloria," dialed my private number.
It continued to launch into its home improvement pitch while I painfully tried to extract information from this dull witted cow. It claimed to be calling from the offices of "United Express Construction" located, right here in San Diego. Apparently, these mind less clowns are unaware that the unmistakable sounds of a boiler room operation can clearly be heard in the back ground. YIPES!
