got a random call at 750pm

I registered my number to block marketing calls.... no message, just a missed call from them.

Almost answered this because it was from an area code where I have friends.  It rang 3 times then hung up.  No message.

Auto-dialed my CELL PHONE (illegal!). Automatic recording supposedly about "recent legislation affecting drivers." As others have said, the call tries to sound official, like it's from the state, but it's just a scam company trying to shill you a product you don't need.

I do not want calls from this number

Called me four times in a row during work hours, extremely irritating. I rejected all four calls, probably why they kept on coming. Sounds like idiocy at work?

It was an automated message claiming to be calling from DMV and identifying that you are paying too high insurance rate. Then, it says something like to learn more -press 1. I immediately hang up.

automated machine went to voicemail asking me to take advantage of these insurance rates.

file a complaint.
Ask to speak with Scott. He claims to be a floor supervisor of some sort.
He said he sill "remove me from the list" and " its no big deal cuz its just one phone call"

this is the second time they called. Does not leave any message. How do we block it.

filed a complaint. The company wouldn't tell me anything about themselves.

some insurance company. says IPC but will hang up if you ask for a manager.

Recorded message pretends to be from DMV, but want to sell me auto insurance and wants me to leave them my name and phone number,.

It's a very misleading call claiming to be from the DMV, but it's really an auto insurance company. I can't tell which one.

Solicitor .... hang up!
