Thanks for posting, everyone.  This robocall calls my home about 5 times a day, at all hours. I have never answered and now I know who and what they are.  Why do we get these calls when we are on the do not call list??!!  

Identified they were from Smart Energy Center. Told the individual I would like to be taken of the list. He asked if I was the homeowner. I said yes. He hung-up.

I said hello 4 times then an automated voice said: goodbye

Call regularly but never leave a message and I don't answer. One of many solar energy telescammers that are a plague in CA.

Called about "Energy Program".  They prattled-on for a few seconds and then I asked to be removed from their call list.  She hung up before I finished my sentence.  Trolls.
