Says he is Jeff with Unison Site Management wanting to speak to someone regarding a property with a cell tower on it. Call back number given is 866-496-1812.

This is a one man show trying to scam people and steal their money. His name is Charles Kee. Please report your experience to the local police, news station, and DNC registry.

Do not give this guy any of your information. Upon further research the man calling is Charles Kee and he is apparently trying to scam us out of a lot of money. There is public record of this guy showing he has a criminal history and some financial issues. Please report these calls to the National DNC website so this scam artist can be stopped.

This number, 858-997-2358, called my cell phone yesterday afternoon but did not leave a message. I have a son already in college, so this may be a sales company promoting another educational institution. If so, they are violating the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST. I will see if I can complain to the hotline....but with the government shut down now in a second day, who knows how effective my complaint may be - especially since I didn't actually talk to the caller. I added the number on my automatic call-reject list for my cell phone provider. Last year, some unknown and obscure little college began calling for my son - approximately 10 times per week for almost a month. After 50 or more calls went to my answering service, they gave up. That was on my home number - I don't know how an advertising agency got my cell phone number. At least it is worthless to them now.

Called and woke us up at 2:30 am. By the time I got to the phone, they hung up.

I have received several missed calls from this number.  Finally answered and an older sounding man asked to speak to (my son's name) mom.  I asked who was calling, and he didn't respond with his name or from where or why he was calling.  He asked if my son had taken the SATs.  When I said no, he said, "Well, he's a junior, isn't he?  He should have taken then several times by now."  He asked if my son wanted to improve his score by 300 points by enrolling in a prep course.  I told him he already was enrolled in one through his school and that I wasn't interested.  That's when he got rude and said, "Do you think he can score a 2200?  Then he'll be all set."  The whole idea of a creepy guy who doesn't identify himself or from where he is calling, and knowing your child's name is very disturbing.  I wouldn't give this creep the time of day.  There are plenty of places where you can get SAT information.  No need to give this guy any info at all.

I have received calls EVERY day from this number for about a week.  There are as many as three calls a day.  I finally answered one of the calls, but didn't say anything.  Once the person began to speak I hung up.  I'm not sure if that will prevent future calls.  I sure hope so.

I keep getting calls from this number but no one is ever on the phone. When I called back the voice mail box is full. Would like to be able to contact this number ... Does anyone now the company name?  I know it is for test prep material.

Keeps calling our house, other people report that they're selling SAT prep courses - and we don't take the SATs up here in MN. Nor do we have someone of age to take the SAT...  How do we get them to stop? We're already on the DNC list.

This is a parent of a Junior Student in High School who is planning her college education.

I got a call from this number.  After the usual, "may speak with the mother or father of.. <our daughter's name>", I asked him what this was in connection with.

He said it was in connection with College education with which our daughter (he named her) had expressed an interest in.  I asked him for his name and he identified himself as "O'neill from University Prep Center".  I asked him for a call back number and he said he did not have a direct call back number.  I asked him the phone number of the organization on whose behalf he was calling and he gave it to me as 866-343-6754.

I called up that number and I was given 2 options.  The second was to directly dial a known extension.  I chose the first one.  It went into the usual "all our operators are busy.." gobbledygook.

I disconnected thereafter as I was busy.

No it's not in one are I'm in California and a man named Sam JUST called me and asked for my parents from the university is something u forgot and then he hung up. Wierd.

Total scammers! I answered the call after being called for over 3 weeks. said my son signed up for their testing materials. asked whats the cost. $229. I said let me speak to my son and they hung up! scammers!     (kansas)

It is someone calling to sell materials for the tests. they called and I answered it. try to say my son signed up for it and it would cost me $200. i said wait let me talk to my son and they hung up on me. Scammers.      btw we live Kansas and I see they have benn calling all over the place.

They just called after several times I finally answered the phone. they said they needed to talk to either the mother or father of my sons name. I said yes this is his mother. He said my son signed up for materials to help him study for the ACTs  & SATs.  He said he needed some info before mailing it out to him. I said wait how much is this? He said $200 something (I cant remember the exact amont) and I said whoa wait a minute let me speak to my... He hung up on me.  Scammers! Tell your parents not to give out any info without checking with school. besides that theres free sites online to study for these tests.

Keeps calling my house.  Leaves no message. 11:30, 2:30pm, 12pm, 5pm,  Annoying that they call day after day!

They called our house in Minnesota trying to sell SAT prep course.  They had our physical address as my parents. My son asked if we could get their number to call them back and the guy was rude saying "what is going to change now and after you talk about it. My son said well my mom wants to check it out because you guys had the wrong address. The guy responded saying well I don't think you are going to do it and hung up.  TOTAL HOAX!

This number has called every day at least three times a day for a week now. Extremely creepy.

Very rude harassing caller would not identify himself asking about our 16 year old son.

ACT/SAT score improvement telemarketer.   Offering a $300 program to improve scores.  Your kid signed up when they took the PSAT and bubbled in the "I want help" bubble

This number called my house today asking to speak with my nephews parents? i told them I was an aunt and they just said they got the wrong number. it was a female. anybody find out who this is yet? its kind of creepy to me. what do they want??

I do not want any more calls made to my phone number

It is a telemarketer selling SAT Prep classes- we are on the Do Not Call list and have asked these people to take name and number off list numerous times- same thing - asking for child by name and then acts like cannot hear you when you ask who they are - bad comapny

I am getting multiple calls a day from this number.  If anyone answers they hang up on me when I request to be put on do not call list.  Have left messages at this number to no avail.  Please make it stop!!

I got a call from SAT prep Center wanting to speak to the parents of my daughter. She gave me a spill about a $229.00 trial free course of some sort..When I said I wasn't comfortable about a telephone transactions, she was a bit smart and hung up.
