I also received a email stating that I will be receiving a FEDEX package with a check, I refused the package and called the Federal Trade Commision and filed a complaint. The number to the Federal Trade Commision is (877) 382-4357, I would encourage everyone to call and make a complaint.

Received message from same number now going by the name of Jack Marines. Says he wants me to be his PA and handled his mail and duties for $500 a week. Received email today saying he has sent me check totaling about $8000 I am deduct my salary and send rest to various loacations and pick up offices supplies.

My boyfriend had received an email from John Edward and it claims he got my boyfriends information when he signed up for unemployment. He states he owns an art gallery in London, and that he needs an assistant to do varies jobs for him. IE mail things, make payments on his behalf and such. However he did send a check to us and it has alot of red flags. Such as there are 4 people listed in the paper work, Last name is spelled wrong. I am taking to the bank and having them look at it. Will fill out appropriate paper work. Hopefully they can figure out who this really is and stop this before someone winds up out of a lot of money.

I received a similar message from this person claiming to be Danny Hooper, who owns an are gallery in London.
He promised to pay me $500 a week to carry out clerical functions.  Mailing packages with money to different people.  I thought that this might be a scam so I did a search and found out that others have received similar offers.
The real Danny Hooper owns a production company and is an entertainer.
How can we stop this dishonest person from taking advantage of innocent people?

Received email from Danny Hooper and was offered $500 a week!  I did not believe it and found that this number is actually a landline in Boone County, KY.  I never believe it because why would they send someone money they dont know or never spoken with if you dont trust them you know they dont trust you!
