did he say what his name was? I've received a call as well.

This person (same guy each time) claims to be a locator trying to verify address, and tells me I need to call a certain number to address the "charges" against me.  Has called 5 times already today, several of these calls were back to back.   Supposedly from Falmouth KY, I have the feeling he is "spoofing" his phone number to be in the same area code as my cell number, because I cannot find anything on that phone number anywhere on the internet.  He has the wrong address for me, and I will not give him the correct one, and will not call that number.  Fairly sure it is a scam from some debt collector who believes I owe money in which I do not owe.  I loved how he kept using the word "charges" to try to scare me into giving them money.
