I went through an AT&T sales representative to get both AT&T UVerse internet and DirectTV satellite TV. I had an appointment set up through DirectTV, but was contacted by this number saying they could come out earlier, and gave me a time slot of 4pm to 8pm. I Google'd the number and found all these poor reviews, so I made sure to call DirectTV to ensure my original time was still in place. Good thing I did, because the technician never came. I'm just glad I didn't take off work. I would avoid this company!

It is a call center for DTV.  Either someone has given the wrong # or Directv got it wrong. But it's not the call center's fault.  They are working for DTV and any info they get is b/c DTV gave it to them.  Plus weekends are when people get installs done.  Remember, most people are home then.  You are amongst thousands of people getting called.  They really are not concerned about your individual schedule.  I guess the world is bigger than you and I.  I got a call 3 times and the gentleman explained that after the 3rd call they would cancel the job anyway.  Don't see why you would have more than 3.

Message left on my cell phone "reminding" me of our appointment.....only I never made an appointment with DirecTV or Multiband.  I believe they are running a scam using  Compromised Identies.  Either way, if this is the kind of sloppy business practices that DirecTV use, then I will never purchase their services.

Caller ID showed this number and "Kentucky caller" at 9:30 this morning. I don't know anyone in KY, so I didn't answer. No message was left. If it's DirecTV, they could at least leave a message!

I have been waiting all day for these b*****ds to come and fix my directv service. Everytime I call Directv they say we have to send am email to the installers and wait 20 mins to hear back from them. Well its after my window of 12-4pm, the tech call an hour ago and said he was on his way...no show yet. i have been without a TV for a week, because the service was not installed correctly, I've been fighting with them to get my service up and running, I'm a brand new customer. Cox's sucks big time, but at least I had s****y cable instead of no cable.

Got this call at 7:15 in the morning, didn't get to the phone in time, when I checked here and found out who they were, I called Direct TV.. who the heck calls at that time of the morning? Direct said "sorry" and they will contact the company.. wow.. really?? and they should be here with in the hour?? it's nearly a 2 hour drive from that office. Really hate dealing with this company!!

dtv sucks. programming is good but customer service and service outright suck. new customers get free everything but 20 years with them and nothing extra. going back to locals only screw them.

I keep getting calls from this "directtv" number at 7:30am on Saturdays! Do these people have any respect for someones weekend? Not to mention I have never even had direct tv service. Disgusting.

This number belongs to Multi-Band, a DirecTV sub-contractor. The caller ID says "KENTUCKY CALL."

They had me miss half a day of work to be here between 12:00-4:00pm. They have called three times and have been pleasant, but that does not negate the fact that it is 8:55pm and their installation technician has not shown up.

When I tried using this same number to call them back, the recording says the number has been disconnected.

Thank you Multi-Band for wasting my day for me and making it impossible for me to call you back.

She said she forgot her password and couldn't access Trimble. I asked if she was an employee or if this was on a product. First she said employee then product. I asked what the product was so I could direct her to the appropriate dept., she just hung up. She said she worked for Direct TV/Multiband.

This is NOT DirecTV. It is Multiband USA out of Sugar Land. They are an installer for DirecTV, Huges Net, Wild Blue - etc, etc, etc. I have reported their business practices to DirecTV and ordered their installer off of my property because of unethical behavior.
