Third call from this #. Again- said hello 3 or 4 times & NOTHING! Dead air. How can I get these idiots to stop calling?

Second call from these fools. Not home this time. Call received @ 11:37 am. Still can't call the number back- still the same strange sequence of letters & numbers where a name should be.

Received call from "Kentucky" at 859-474-4095. Didn't know who it was. DIDN"T FREAKIN' ANSWER THE PHONE. CASE SOLVED!

called here and said nothing. I press pound sign then heard click then sound line remain open and click again and open line. then disconnected and dial tone

Called at 11:31 - Same for me as above. Caller ID says Kentucky -- didn't answer the call, but they left no message.

Ditto experiences above with 859-474-4095 Kentucky no. Seems consistent with some kind of effort to confirm and/or subvert active phone line?

Fools call me & say NOTHING! Just hang up. When I try to call back, not able to- says that my call did not go through.
On the caller ID is says: V0906132115008
When I use Mr Telephone ( app on my IPod) no info but it does say Alexendria,KY

Caller ID just says 'KENTUCKY' hangs up when answered.
