859 is Lexington ky I lived there for 4 years I also got call from that number but they didn't leave message

Someone from this number keeps calling me. I do not answer because I do not recognize the number. They never leave a message.

I just received a call from 859-721-0230 unknown name

They left a voice mail on my cell phone...it was an automated call mentioning something about a free month of unlimited calling through the high speed internet. They never mentioned the company, just to push a button to be connected to them.

Just got a call from this number and didn't answer.  No message.

They told me they were doing legal surveys for users of the dug Paxil, and were a company called 'WCA'

There are more cities within KY that have the 859 area code other than the ones listed. I live in a city that has that area code that is not listed in your reply. Some were changed in the past couple of years from 606 to 859.

Scam !!  It's a recording tell you that you won something.  I went through 10 minutes of sales talk and pressed the option to be removed.  They still keep calling - this does NOT work.  They have bothered me at work for months now.    The recording says "WCA Customer Service".  I'm sure that's not the real name... and I'm sure it's a masked phone number that's not from Lexington....    Annoying.... and I can't believe anyone actually falls for this crap .......

i don't answer calls I don't know, they did not leave message. So what gives?

Just got the call.  I didn't answer, but they did leave a message.  My call was about health insurance.  I was given the option to press 3 to be removed from the list... but again... it was on my voice mail.  I can only assume if I had answered the phone I would of heard the same message that was on my voice mail.

I just got a call from the number... it is a recording telling me that I just won a free 2 night cruise to the Bahamas. Scam!

I just got a call, as well, from this number.  There have been a lot of calls from "so called" home security companies that are scams.  All different numbers.

859 is the area code for the Lexington area as well

Answered to a recording. I went thru the steps to get a person.
When they came on the line, I blew my police whistle.

Keep getting random calls from this number. No message, appears to be local, but don't recognize the 721 prefix.

Lots of companies these days, collection agencies and telemarketers, have phone numbers that appear to be local but if they leave you a message, which would be rare, they always give an 866 number for call back.  Lots of these "local" 859 area code numbers end up appearing as though they come from Williamsburg, KY when actually they're calling from another state.  Just don't answer the call, if they're legitimate and you need to know, they'll leave a message and you can judge for yourself if you want to call back.  I just got a call this morning but didn't answer and don't plan to look up.

Got a call from this number, was in the basement, they hung up on the answering machine before I could even get upstairs.

any one of the nunber of internet search engines will let you know that 859 covers not only northren kentucky,but also includes Lexington Kentuckynad have soomething to do with phone call company wanting you to sign up with them or something. It's the internet wonderful...

I just received a call from this number also 859-721-0230. I do not answer unknown number either? I would like to know where they got my number? Or is it just a random type scam? Ive lived in this area my whole life, its a central Ky area number if that helps anyone?

The number 859-721-0230 is either a cell or, unpublished number from Lexington !! I wish people would do a bit of research before making statements !! The "859" area code is just a Kentucky number and, NO other  !!! Lexington, Nicholasville, Florence, Winchester and, Richmond are the only cities with it as seen on the website - http://m.WhitePages.com/area-codes. As I said, do research before making statements which you are unsure of !! Hey, better to be thought a fool then to open your mouth and remove all doubt !!!

Lexington Area code is 859! Trust me, it has been since I moved here in 2000.    I got the call and no message either.

Just received a call five mins ago from this number, no voice mail. Google shows a Lexington number but 859 is not area code for Lex., it is for NKY.

Just got called too, no VM. It showed up as being from Lexington, KY (although with an 859 prefix local to me which is N. KY/Cinci)

Its some scam about a give away, including money and iPods. and its a recording.

this number just called my cell phone, nothing comes up in caller ID, other than this phone number. I dont answer my cell phone, to numbers that I dont recognize or my caller ID doesnt show the name of the caller.
They did not leave a voicemail either, which leads me to believe this is a bill collector.

this number called me as well at 10:30am on April 6th 2012.  not sure who it is either, they did not leave a message nor does their name show up on caller id.

This number called me and did not leave a message. I don't answer calls from unknown numbers. I answer only family, friends, and known businesses. Interesting that someone else has gotten a call from this number also. I hope someone knows who this is. The number is not listed with look-up services. Does not appear to be a legitimate business since businesses want their number to be known. I am guessing that it is some type of sales pitch from one of those national spam companies who use local numbers to trick people into answering their calls.
