If someone deposits funds into an account with the intent to defraud, it's a crime! If someone attempts to collect on funds fraudulently deposited in your account, it's a crime! No charges exist that can be brought against an account holder who has had funds fraudulently deposited in their account!
If a fraudulent lender has deposited funds into your account and demands re-payment, DEMAND proof of their claim be delivered by mail. NOT e-mail or fax. DEMAND their license numbers and verify that they're licensed in your state.
This SHILL here is obviously one of the frauds who think they're crafty. They'll steal your info. from somewhere (probably from an online loan company) and deposit a couple hundred bucks into your account. Then they'll tack on ridiculous fees, high interest, etc. and proceed to bleed your account dry. All the while claiming that you agreed to their "terms" and threatening various charges. They are FRAUDS! If you've been a victim of one of these buffoons (like this scumbag SHILL here) put alerts on all of your accounts and contact your states Atty. General.
SHILL, I hope this has been "very helpful". I hope I've been "understanding" and I hope you appreciate how "courteous" I've been.

Those people were very helpful and they explained very well about  a debt that I didnt know i had concured...Those darn internet payday loans companies are thieves and  deposited funds into my account without my knowledge and now all of a sudden I HAD TO WORRY ABOUT charges being filed with the state..the young lady was very helpful and understanding and I appreciate her for how courteous she was.

same here she said i owe $1200.00 on a loan from 5 yrs ago,never happened , when i ask her to send me a copy of this loan agrement she refused,said i aint have to send u anything,that is a lie,cause they have too ,idiot also told me , bounty hunters will come get  me,sure,right,i'm waiting...

This "company" or whatever they want to call themselves is very unprofessional and rude. They send harassing and threatening phone calls that are from 8 years ago that no one has any knowledge of.
