They called, but I didn?t answer in time (I always answer random phone calls). I tried calling them back, but the number was disconnected. They couldn?t even have taken my credit cards, as I am too young to have one. I thought it was a random prankster, but it seems like they call lots of people!!! Annoying!

I received one of the 860-000-0000 calls on my cell phone. I ignored it. About 1/2 hour later my wife received one on her cell phone. Our cell numbers are with same with the exception of the last number; mine is  8 and hers 9. Didn't answer either call. No messages left. Must be some kind of sequential dialer.

I've been getting a lot of unsolicited, unidentified calls since I bought my new vehicle last summer and used my cell number when a phone number was requested during the purchase process. Maybe not in this case, but still too many for me ...

Was "Credit Card Services" with a final notice to lower the interest rate on my "credit card" as it relates to the financial stimulus. Wanted me to press 1 for more information. My number is on the do not call list.

This person called me twice. Once today and once a little while back... it looked like a really cheesy phone number so I called it back to see what kind of company was calling me this time but when I did it just said "this call cannot be completed as dialed" and that left me confused. After reading this I realize its a scam and I hope this guy stops calling me

I received a call from this number today on my cell phone.  The caller claimed that he was from credit card services and that they wanted to lower my interest rates.  I knew it was a scam so I played along.  As soon as I started to ask questions, the caller hung up.  I only have one credit card that I pay in full every month.

You might be the lucky one. When I pressed 1 to speak with them and asked them to please remove my number, I was repeatedly called "bi*** bi*** bi***" the entire time I was speaking.

STOP CALLING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just wondering if this number is for real. They did not leave a message.

It's not legal.  They don't care.  Just because you make something illegal doesn't automatically mean bad people will stop doing it.

Just received this call and no one was on the line when I answered. Tried to call back with no luck.

I just got a call from this number, I never answered and I blocked that number!

They also called my cell phone number. I did not respond to it. i figured out that it was a scam, telemarketer or even a debt collector. i am not sure who they are. A very suspicious phone number. i will not answer them. Verizon says to block all unwanted calls. it is a nice benefit to have on your cell phone. Plus being on the National Do Not Call List. Hang in there! Do not answer unwanted or unrecognizable numbers! Block them! Thank you all for your remarks! They are helpful to me!

Call from 860-000-0000 with silence on the other end. I do get calls with the credit card crap. Last one I answered, asked the guy to hold a minute then talked in the background like someone else was in the room " you completed the trace? Great" then I went back to the phone and said DHS you have been traced. Guy on the other end started swearing and hung up fast

Verizon doesn't want you to be able to block scammer calls because Verizon is making a lot of them. I don't have or want Verizon and yet I receive telemarketing calls from them daily. And they will not stop calling on my numbers which are all on the do not call registry.

saw it on my caller ID,   looked it up because the # seemed odd.   Didn't answer.
