Finally got them on the phone after calling constantly. They identified themselves as Everest Merchant Services.

This damn number is calling every day and I'm not able to call it back. Thinking about reporting them.

Just dead air when they called. When you try calling back, says, "Your call cannot be completed as dialed." Never heard of a 001 number before.
