The caller from this number tried to get me to purchase an extended vehicle warranty on my Honda. He wouldn't believe me when I told him we did that the day we bought the car. I ended up hanging up on him and blocking the number.

This person called and stated that I had won a free home security system. I advised him that I had a system in place and didn't need one.He asked if it was currently being monitored.....I told him "heavily so by ADT" and he said thank you and hung up. I wonder if someone is looking for people who have no system in place to then scam or break into their homes.....PEOPLE BEWARE!!!!!!

I answered it and no one was there. I tried to call it back and got the recording that "This number is no longer in service." HUH?

This is a scam. ...posed as a government agency. I gave basic info re: my electric bill. I later called CL&P and was told that I may have inadvertently (fraudulently!) consented to changing my electricity provider (not that CL&P is so great but I do not like being targeted and duped). I will call CT Dept. of Public Utility Control tomorrow.... BEWARE of these SCAMMERS....

I think its a number that telemarketers route through. First time said it was a call from Charter and second time from Light and power. Using 860 looks like a local number. telemarketer bs.

Received 5 calls from this number over the past 3 days- and they can't leave a message... I intentionally don't have voice mail on my home phone- only my mobile phone.

I just received a call from this number, and the ID said the same: CONNECTICUT
The first time I received it was today, no message was left. Glad to know I'm not the only one getting this call.

Received this caller intermittently. Calls several times a day for a few days, stops, then starts another surge of calls a week or two later.
Caller ID says, "Connecticut". But the very nature of the number suggests SPAM: "222"? "3333"? I don't know that number and it looks like SPAM. I don't pick up.
They never leave a message.
