Just got a call these idiots... and yes they are idiots!  They asked for the previous owner of my home by name but it is my land line they called...  When I told them of their error they started babbling so I just hung up!

I was one of the unfortunate ones who signed up for this service. I signed what I was told was a 3 year contract and it turns out they nailed me for 5. There is no cancelling with them except to pay the remaining contract in full. There is no negotiating even when you contact the BBB and file a complaint. They obviously have no conscience even though I lost my job of 15 years and am unable to pay this monthly fee nor the cancellation. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS PEOPLE!!!!

This company is a fraud. This Alarm company are fraud and deceptive and engaged in constant harassment using numerous telephone numbers. They would changed the rules of the contract as to please them. Please contact the Connecticut Attorney general and file a complain. We need to stop this company from doing business here...Please tell all your friends not to ever, ever do business with this people...crooks...crooks...crooks...one of their many numbers.,,,860-262-4000 or 1800-833-3211...and many others...do not answer as they play the good/bad cop scenario.

This company has to be the most deceptive company in the world...They would engage in falsifying contracts,extending the contracts,claiming that they do not get e-mails,or have not received certified letters cancelling services, and will coninue to call you and harrassed you. Tell all your friends not to ever buy services from this company. They are crooks, and should not conduct businesses in any State. The Better Business Bureau, have them Rated F....Please contact the Ct. Attorney General and filed a formal complain.....

This is SafeHome Security and they have called me several times about my service cancellation request even though I have asked them to put anything in writing that would prevent me from cancelling my service. They do not like the fact that I just "want to cancel perfectly good service for no reason"according to them. They have hung up on me severeal times.  At this point its just harrassment.  I am documenting everything so if they continue to charge me the monthly fee I have it.

um, no. i don't have an alarm system. i don't owe them money. i'm not even anywhere near their state. plus they're using my cell phone number-- which is registered on the do not call list. sounds like spam/scam/something i'm off to report right now.

This number called my cellphone.  Does anyone know what it is?  I looked at another website and it said that it was a home alarm company.  T-T There should really be a way to report the scammers who call our phones.

they keep charging you monthly fees even after you cancel in writing, paid final bill, and had them come and remove equipment.

I guess next step is the AG's office both federal (cross state lines doing business), and both states theirs and mine.

This caller hangs up. I believe it is Safe Home Security according to reverse phone number look-up. I checked with the Better Business Bureau and they have a number of complaints that are unresolved. I would suggest avoiding doing business with Safe Home Security.

these people are idiots!  They have called me 5 times in the last two days.  Today one lady said I was being rude when I asked her to have the companies owner call me, then she proceeded to hang up on me.  Gee, I wonder who was rude?  I am still waiting for the owner to call me.  I have never owned any of their products, nor would I recommend anyone to deal with these people.
