Received a call from this number around 10 am... when I answered, they hung up on me. Strange thing is that the 319 beginning, is usually a Sprint cell number.

yea, i had that number tonight w/it saying "INTL Number" and the nimrod seemed to be speaking chinese...i just hung up. odd.

called twice, did not leave a number. 860 is a Connecticut area code... i don't know anyone who lives in connecticut.
