got a call "thank you for supporting California Special Olympics"  he said.  I said I support CT Special Olympics and he said "OH" duh.  I couldn't understand why a guy from Canterbury ct is calling me about California SO.  I'm thinking it's a scam

1 860 546 4743  calls here all the time!  They call on weekends and around dinner time....just about two times a day.    Caller ID says the call is coming from Canterbury CT  This has something to do with Sp. Olympics. It is a terrible intrusion and the state of CT needs to be informed.  BUT who do we  info stop this ??
Sometimes they hang up , sometimes they argue ,  sometimes they are abusive.  We will not contribute  ever to Sp. Olympics again until they stop this harassment.

I thought their was a law regarding the calling times, just called our house, didn't leave a message 8:45 p.m.

Receive calls from this number at least twice per day.  Let's it ring until machine goes on but never leaves a message.   Quite annoying.  Have received calls as early at 8:30am and as late as 9:00pm.

Been bothering me for the last week or so. Today I decided to pick up and see who it is. Noisy connection but I'm pretty sure he said Special Olympics. I told him I never contribute over the phone. He said he's not soliciting but only wants me to pledge. My beef with Special Olympics is that they call from a whole bunch of numbers and not one of them identifies themselves as Special Olympics on the caller ID. If they can't identify themselves then I'm not interested in hearing what they have to say and much less giving them money.

Called my cell phone.

Called three times today, left no message.
Ist time stayed connected till answering machine picked up.
Next two times, hung up after second ring.
Makes me think it was a person, not a robo call.
