got a call from this number as well officer brian from india...so annoying, I hate that he has my last 4 ssn and phone number, I had to put a fraud alert on my credit file...wondering how the hell he got my info!!!

I also have recieved numerous calls from Brian also and did advise that i would lose my job and also do jail time. They got me for $150.00 and then wanted me to make arrangements on remaining balance of $800.  Beware and seek legal advise before making any type of payment.

this indian shmuck keeps calling me saying there is a legal complaint on my name and ssn he even called my job i dont know how he has my number or work number but he said his name was john smith and then his superviser john gates got on the phone supposeably the chief deputy or whatever and started sayin hes goin to f*** my mother  iam a stupid mother f***er whose going to end up behind bars.

TODAY I RECEIVED A BUNCH OF PHONE CALLS AT WORK FROM THIS NUMBER.CLAIMING HE HAS A CLAIM ON MY NAME AND SOCIAL SECURITY.HE STATED THAT I WILL BE ARRESTED AND LOSE MY JOB. WHEN I ASKED HIM TO SEND/MAIL ME PAPER WORK ON THE CLAIM. SINCE HE HAS ALL MY INFO.  HIS NAME IS SAM JONES.  SOUNDS LIKE THEY R CALLING FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY.DRIVING ME CRAZY!!

I got a call from this guy also, say there was an investgation out on me and my social. He told me that if i paid the supposed $300 that was supposedly put into my bank account then i'd be fine or if i decieded to take it to court and lost i would owe thousands. I told that guy to do what was necessary to take me to court because i dont owe any money to anyone! so he told me i would be subpoenaed and i havent heard anything yet. He also got mad and hung up on me when i told him he was a scam. what a jerk!

This guy also called me.  First he said he was a representative from some legal agency and if I didn't pay 600.00 than my credit score will become zero,  I received this call 6 months ago.  Than he called back and I told him if he called again than I will notify the police.  So he called back after 6 months and told me he was a lawyer and if I didn't appear in court than I will be arrest.  These are scams PLEASE DO NOT give these people your money.  The same exact thing happen to my friend's mom and she sent them a payment of $400.00 and she never received a confirmation letter and she never heard from them.  It's so sad how these people are out to get money.  I wish someone will shut down their system.

These idiots cant even speak english,kept voicemail,called back & told him bluntly that in Missouri we have something called the better business berue & the cops,they will be notified. He hung up on me

I keep getting calls from these people who can't speak English.  I have asked each time for them to mail me whatever I need to know so I can respond --- still waiting - still getting calls.  I have told them to stop calling me at work -- How do you stop these people from calling??

I got this message for the first time tonight.  This is yet another variation of the Corona debt collection scam.  Why people actually go to work for these places and bold face lie like this, I don't know.  Fortunately, my cable internet/phone service sends me an e-mail with a copy of the voice mail attached.  I have saved the voice mail and am going to forward it on to the attorney general's office of my state.Caller:

a guy with an accent said my social security is under investigation and blah blah blah, they leave numbers but i cannot get thru. This happened before and they said i would be arrested but i could get out of it and court by paying them money, i told them i would give him my lawyers phone number and they did not call back

This same guy called me saying almost the exact same thing. He told me that I had to appear in court tomorrow and I could fight it in court or settle outside of court by sending him a fax with some lame a** statement he read to me along with my creidt card number and CCV code. When I asked for written notification he started to get irrate and started trying to rush off of the phone saying that he was trying to help me and that I could just fight it in court. Who the hell gets notified by "email", as he stated, that they have to appear in court. Really dude?!!

They said i had a lawsuit filed against me.. I was going along with it at first because i knew it was a scam being that they been calling me for the last 2 months using different numbers.. Finally i told him it was a scam an he cussed me OUT!

Your Social security # has been filed with this legal system and the local sheriff will be there with a warrant for your arrest. They call like 3-4 times a day. Sometimes using this number and other times using a different one.
