Called me too at 11:10 am today (07-28-2010) I reported them to the FCC as abandoned call. Please report all of these type calls. That is the only way to stop them

Area code is tied to Tennessee and ID displays "Colonial Freight" but I am in a different state and the caller leaves no message. Very tiresome.

This collection agency has violated Federal Trade Commission guidelines for debt collections while attempting to collect a debt from me. You can file a complaint at 1-877-382-4357 (Federal Trade Commission help line) if you feel your rights have been violated. It takes about five minutes, and they will give you information on how to stop harassing calls. Also, making this call will help prevent others from being abused by unfair collections practices by this company in the future. Here's a general FAQ from the FTC website.
