i am on the 'do not call list' and still get calls from 865-291-1569. have opted out several times but these people still call. i wish there was a way to sho them away

Recorded message saying "press 1" to get a limited-time offer on a lower interest rate on my credit card. No identification as to the card in question or anything else. I pressed 1 and was transferred to a live person (female, possibly African American). She asked if I wanted to lower my rate on my VISA or Master Card. I said yes but that I didn't know which card she was referring to. Then there was a click.

Just received their call. Didn't answer and no msg left.

I have been getting harrassed by these people too! They call several times a day! So annoying.

I am on the National Do Not Call List and still get these calls!  How can I stop them?

I get these calls too but I always visit this site to see who is calling. Then I mark that number AG so the next time they call I can answer the phone Attorney General's office...how may I direct your call....if they say who did I reach? I say the Attorney General's office for the Do Not Call List.....not one number has ever called me back...I figure if they want to play dirty I will get them at their own game...sometimes you can hear them choking on their own words....

8652911569 is one of many numbers these scammers use.  They want your credit card numbers.

I am on the no call list and they keep calling

I saw this number come up on my home phone and I tried to call it back only to get recording that doesn't record.  I don't want this person/company to call me any more.

Threaten them cause if you sue and you have the message on your cell phone there's your proof and I heard you can get up to $500.00 paid to you for reporting their company.from the do not call company. but hey check it out and pass it on.

At first it was a recording then a live person came on the line wanting me to lower my credit card interest rate, for one I don't have a credit card and when I told him I'm on the do not call list and I will be reporting his company he hung up as fast as he could.So hopefully  that will be the end of this call.

AND I STARTED TO SCREAM AT THEM ... BUT I WAS HUNG UP ON.. AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH! WHAT THE HECK! COMMON PEOPLE LEAVE ME ALOOOONNNEEE! RIGHT?

Spammer company.  I'm registered on donotcall.gov and still receiving calls from this number.

I just answered this call and the call dropped after I said hello.

I just got a call and if you press 1 to tell them to remove your number, they hang up on you.  I am trying to report it.  I have also been getting the same call from a 215 area code.  Both my cell and home phone are registered on the "Do Not Call" list and both are getting calls.

It is a scammer offering to lower your credit card bills.
