Getting calls from this number, always a recording, never says who it is and doesn't give the option to talk to human. Always hangs up if u speak and when u push 1 to speak to rep

They are looking for someone who had this number before me.  I have told them many times the person they are looking for is not here.  They are relentless and extremely  RUDE.  I called my phone provider and they said there is nothing they could do other than give me a new number.  I'm keeping this number and I"m going to start calling them back until they stop calling me.  There should be something a citizen can do to protect themselves from corporate harassment of this sort.,
