Same with me I got yesterday in the span of 2 hrs blocked I'd and at least 8 calls from +1 (865) 403-7300 , only beeps  (and by the way I'm a elevon costumer) don't know what time of bussines calls late evening so many times , something's wrong

First got 2 calls from a Restricted number, I answered and just got a beep from an answering machine. So far got 3 more calls from this number, answered the third and heard the same answering machine beep. WTH.

I, too am receiving calls from this #, over two years ago I, entered into a four year contract with this company. never used this CC service once but paid the monthly rate of $58.00 plus because at the time my intention was to do a seasonal venture however do to finances I, never used the CC terminal once, therefore I, was left with a new terminal (never used) and this company refuses to provide a address to return CC terminal. instead they insist that I provide them (LADCO) with a name of someone who is starting a business and transfer the CC terminal to them. I have since told (LADCO) my Business has closed and I am broke and only want and need to return this terminal to them for credit and close off any dealings with (LADCO)

i get calls from this number and its just beeps no one on the line. whats up with this?

We get at least 5 calls a day from this outfit, and as others have stated, there is no one on the phone, just a fax noise. I do not feel I should pay to call these people to have them remove my name from the call list nor do I feel I should have to pay to block their calls.

This is true, it is the credit card processor Elavon.  Our company uses them for processing and I have had to fax them items before at this number.  It must be a mistake if you are getting this number calling you!  :)

It is Elavon. Ladco is the part of Elavon that leases terminals.

I KEEP GETTING CALLS FROM THIS PHONE # AND THERE IS NOTHING BUT NOISE AND BEEPS. IT HOWEVER ADDS COSTS TO MY PHONE BILL. IT DOESN'T CUT OFF WHEN I HANG UP. IT ALWAYS TAKES A MIN OR TWO TO CUT OFF. IF YOU CALL THEM BACK IT ONLY RINGS BUSY. YOU CAN NEVER GET THROUGH TO WHOMEVER IS CALLING. I'M REAL TIRED OF PAYING FOR THESE CALLS. GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS. PLUS THERE ARE SEVERAL MORE NUMBERS OUT THERE THAT DO THE SAME THING!

It is not a human calling. It is a machine that beeps, but it is not a fax machine. I tried to send a polite fax asking them not to call any more, but the fax would not go through. Any other suggestions on how I can get your company to stop calling, please?

This person is correct it's Ladco leasing. They are horrible. Lost my business and they told me that they were going to go after me for $2k because the lease was 5 years. Told them I don't have any $ personally- hello lost business! They replied "make sure that you list us as some you owe money to when you file for bankruptcy." never said I was filing for bankruptcy, I don't have $2k in my friggin back pocket. A**holes.... Agree with other person; avoid at all costs.

This is Ladco Leasing. I had a terminal through them on a 4 year contract. The terminal was sent back 2 years into the contract. Could not cancel the contract whether I used their service or not. The lease was up in August, 2008, but they continued taking money out of my account stating they did not receive it and told me to prove I sent it back. I cannot do that since a fire in my house destroyed pretty much everything I had. Very rude woman told me that I could pay it off or they would take money from my account for the rest of my life. So, at $58 a month for over 6 years I think it is more than paid off. Not to mention the FMV of the machine has been satisfied multiple times. If you are researching a CC machine service please think thrice and more before agreeing to terms with this company. Extremely unprofessional service and collections. I am marking this as unknown because they are none of choices given for call type. They are still trying to collect but are NOT a collection agency.

I don't know who they are or why they are calling my cell#. I don't own a business. So they need to stop calling and I am tired of the Elavon Employee's comments on all the sites where people are complaining about them calling. If they are legit why call all hours of the day and nite, and how do we not know that the Elavon Employee is legit? Doesn't seem to be much good to be on the Do Not Call list.

Have called 12 times in 3 hours, each time it is a fax tone. I have tried text messaging back, calling the number, AND faxing a message, and cannot get anything other than the beeping fax tone.

So, this statement doesn't help me: If you dont own a business, next time they call just answer the phone and let them know that this is the wrong number. It will never be a recording. It will always be a person.

Your wrong it is not solicitors. That number belongs to Elavon a merchant processing company. If you are a merchant who accepts payments through credit cards that is probably why they are calling. If you dont own a business, next time they call just answer the phone and let them know that this is the wrong number. It will never be a recording. It will always be a person. They will never try to sell you anything, they are just trying to get in contact with the merchant who has your phone number listed for a contact. Maybe the merchant hasnt updated there listings with Elavon. If you just let them know they have the wrong number listed they will remove you from that merchants account.
