What it is, is a medical center call out station. I also get calls from 865-769-1951. They page Doctors and sometime they get 1 number off and that's why you get the call. I just called the 888 number they provided and I spoke with a lady and that's what she said.

This is a nurse line. You call the number back and it will ask you to call the nurse line for your provider and if you are a physician, there is a number you are asked to call for assistance. I hope this helps. Thanks
