I've been getting the same caller and the same caller ID with a recorded message practically every day for the last month or so. Of course, they only call when I'm not at home, so I can only believe it's another sales call -- even though it says "This is not a sales call, and it is very important that you call us back as soon as possible". They list hours of operation also.

There's no way I'm going to call them when they don't even state who they are in the message, and I'm going to see if my phone service will block them.

can someone please fine these idiots already! i don't have any past due payments, have never done business with GE Credit, in fact i have no credit cards of any kind and never have, and I just got this phone issued to me less than 2 months ago by my new job and have received over 20 calls from these a-holes already! in addition i have reported nearly everyone of these calls to the "do not call registry" and still they call... i was so sick of these calls i finally decided to call back, after over 30mins on hold i finally quit!

i hope whoever these jerkoffs are, they die a slow miserable death where their anus rots out from the inside!

I have received this call at work 4 times in the last week. I knew it wasn't for me so I ignored it at first. Finally, thinking it might be for someone I work with (it happens sometimes), I called them back. After a minute or two, I just put it on speaker very quitely and started working. I almost forgot I was on the call. I sat and worked for an hour before I realized no one had picked up and I was still waiting for the next representative. Very annoying that they keep calling but won't answer when you call back.

Keep getting calls from 866-203-1043.  I ignored it because they list hours of operation but they don't say who they are.  After reading the previous postings I realized it was a credit card my daughter has.  These morons need to realize that if they will at least tell you who they are and who they want to talk to they'll get a better response.

I received a call telling me to call this number.  I immediately researched it on the internet and found it to be GE Money which is also Care Credit.  Since I have a Care Credit account, which is up to date, I was really curious as to why they called me.  I returned the call and they offered me a lower interest rate!  They didn't ask me for any personal information other than the phone number they called.  

Stupid way to do business but hey, glad I called cause my interest rate was sky high!

Odd call - same automated message as above commentors noted.  I called back, the asked for my phone number and asked if I had an account with GC Financial (I do not) and they then said I had been called in error.  They placed my number on do not call list.

They were polite about it as well - really a quick and easy solution (I hope).

IF IT WAS IMPORTANT THEY WOULD SAY WHO THEY ARE AND WHAT THE CALL PERTAINS REFERENCING!

I did learn that this is a marketing company hired by Bank of America

Have had several calls in violation of do not call. I tried to reach someone but to no avail. Waste of my time and money

they dont state who or what they want, so I wont return the call.

These people have been calling for months, asking for my wife. At first when I said she wasn't in, they would just hang up.  Then I started asking who was calling.  They said that it was illeagle for them to identify themselves except to my wife.  (Seems to me it should be illeagle for them NOT to ID themselves.)  The last guy that called said if I lived in Pennsylvania, he could only talk to my wife:  I lied  -- said I wasn't in PA.  Then he said my wife owed money and what check number I would be using to pay off the debt.

I am surprised that General Electric, a company I previously held in high regard, would lend their good name to such a sleezy operation.

Multiple people have tried to contact the previous tenant of my cubicle on a daily basis. If I pick up it is home depot attempting to get a hold of some guy that no longer works in my office. I think he's late on his payments and hasn't given them a new phone number. I have talked to Home Depot about this about 4 times and yet I continue to receive message from this number (866-203-1043). This is quite obnoxious.

I have been getting a call from these people daily.  I finally talked to them and found out they cover Mervyn's as well as Care Credit which pays for medical/dental procedures.  I called back and they said I was behind on my Care Credit bill.  I pay online and had the confirmation number for my payment.  So I took care of it that way.  It is still annoying to have them call every day!  At a time when I was behind on some payments, I came to dread the telephone ringing.  Now when they call just because they think I might someday get behind it is just as annoying!

The phone number is for "GE Services", they are the credit card company for several companies, like "World Market" for example, but other companies as well.  If you have a credit card for "World Market", the call will come from "GE Services".  It's the financial arm of "General Electric".  They usually call if they want you to make payment over the phone or if you're late with your payment and didn't reply to the monthly statement.

I've had the same calls and finally solved the mystery.  I hope this helps you, too.

I received this call through a number that trunks into an 800#; it wasn't for me, per se, but it came to my business.

The phone showed 866-504-0597, the message was the same as described above and indicated the 866-203-1043 number and hours. If it is GC Services, they are a very agressive, unprofessional collections company.

I am on the no call list and someone called from this number and wanted my son.  I said that he was not home could I take a message?  No it was personal and to have my son call back.

I got a call from 713-484-5108 I did not answer, I called that number back and it was a busy signal, then there was a voicemail telling me to grab a pen a papper for a very important call...Then the number 866-203-1043.  I then called this number and it said GC Services, I do not know what GCstands for, but henthey told me to hold for the next availible representative, so I held for mor then 4 minutes and till told me to hold so I hung up.  After reading all of the other cmments I believe that this most likely is a scam.

Just got the same call and message.  I decided to call and see what it said and the message said "Thank you for calling GC Services.  Please hold while for the next available representative."  Well, I'm not about to hold so I can talk to some scam artist, thank you very much!

Received message by some woman first saying "043" and then stating the days and times I can call back each time stating it was in Central Standard Time. She then repeated the 1-866-203-1043 phone number.

PS BE CAREFUL OF ALL ONLINE DIRECTORY SERVICES.  BUNCH OF CROOKS.  I've been burned once and a new company, called AMERICAN DIRECTORY or something like that, is trying to bill me $700 for 2 months of service plus cancellation fee.  There are a whole bunch of evil a**es out there that WILL take money from the unsuspecting.

I called the number back and it's a GE service line. I don't know why they wouldn't just say that during the message.

The call I got was displayed with this phone #: 713-484-5108.
It leaves a message starting out..."Please get pen and paper for an important call.  This is not a sales call."

Then refers to the 1-866-203-1043 # to call back and the hours of operation.

Guess my computer has one more bozo to block out.

1-866-203-1043 is for GE Care Credit Card. If you have medical bills, you probably applied through your doctor/dentist's office. If you are past due for $21.00 like I was, it called me since I forgot to pay it.
