This is a thug operation, ex cons and the like. The sell labor posters for any amount they can get in order to "establish" a relationship.

The products they send are assembled in the back room and are HORRIBLE in quality and HORRIBLY simplified.

This operation got its start by employing prisoners for 3 bux an hour. They have none of the rights that citizens do, much like shipping jobs to China.

They operate in complete contradiction to the "implied" values of the owner, who parachuted out after selling to Serent Capital.

These folks cornered my Dad last year, and convinced him that he had to buy their posters in order to be compliant with federal work safety regulations....cost my business $75 to get the same worthless signs that I can get for free!!!  If the gov't requires me to have them - then they'd better provide them to me.

We are a two employee LLC.  We sell beer and wine.  Both of us are owners, and we do not have to have these signs posted at all!!!  Total scam that uses scare tactics to get business!

Now, they're calling back a year later and telling us we need the 'new, updated' versions to comply with the new laws.  I've got a 'new update' for ya - call my shop again, and that call will cost you $1000 plus court fees.

It all began with a phone call. of course every good business man wants to comply with local and state safety rules. so I jioned their program for the last two years. lately however I have no employees and work is scarce. so I decided to cancel and ask if they could stop the program a man named brian said he would cancel the program approximately 30 days ago. well I just received another safety report. I called and again, they agreed to cancel the program. we'll see ya right . I recommend that you contact a lawyer. a letter to these people cost about $190. they'll back off.

Well, like all telemarketing Companies Im sure that this one has its bad apples. Fortunatly, for my company I didnt read these posts before I contacted them back; you see I purchased their safety programs. I am actually very satisified with them and how they have improved my company. I guess the guy who called me just happened to be having a good day, or perhaps he was just dealing with someone who was...Im not the type of person who posts things like this but I felt compelled to since I was told that this was a good referance site. This guy from Safety Services phoned my cell many, many times, always claiming we had talked before (I'm sure it was many different guys). This time when I tried to tell him I wasn't interested he said he hoped "nothing would happen to me out there" and hung up ........nice.

Received a call from Eric Holiday he wanted to talk about our safety meetings.

Get the same call about every 2 months, "This is (insert name here) I was told to contact you about your safety meetings, please call be back at...". Never say who they are with. Obviously got my number from the california contractors license board, as I am a license contractor and our state sells the list.

GOT A CALL FROM A VERY RUDE "SERVICE REP" ASKING FOR MY SAFETY COMPLIANCE OFFICER... I SAID THATS ME, HE WAS SKEPTICAL THAT I WAS, BUT CONTINUED WITH SHOTGUN QUESTIONS.. HOW MANY EMPLOYEES, HOW OFTEN DO I HOLD MEETINGS, WHAT COMPANY AM I WORKING WITH (ALL OF WHICH I DIDN'T ANSWER). A REAL BULLDOG, VERY RUDE. CONTINUOUSLY INSISTING THAT HE WAS NOT SELLING ANYTHING. IMPLYING THAT HE WAS WITH OSHA BUT WHEN ASKED DIRECTLY IF HE REPRESENTED OSHA HE TRYED REAL HARD NOT TO SAY THAT HE INFACT WAS NOT. I TOLD HIM I WAS IN COMPLIANCE WITH OSHA AND IN FACT HAD A SERVICE THAT SOUNDED LIKE HIS.. AND THAT I WASN'T INTERSTED IN HIS. HE DEMANDED, I MEAN DEMANDED THAT I TELL HIM WHO OUR PROVIDER WAS! I DECLINED AND HE SAID THREATENINGLY THEN I'LL HAVE OSHA CALL YOU DIRECT AND HUNG UP.

Interesting comments...we received 2 calls within 4 minutes of eachother....very vague and suspicious.

After the caller continued to demand that I answer his questions in response to my comment that I wasn't interested I asked him if he beat his kids. When I explained that his questioning was no more appropriate than mine he hung up.

I called the company and filed a complaint. They were apologetic and promised they would ID the employee and retrain him. That probably means a pat on the back.

I have received 4 calls from this number to my cell phone.  I have never answered, but they always leave a message saying "I was told to contact you about your safety meeting".  I have a decorating business on the side of my regular job which is in public relations...not safety! My cell phone is listed as that number, but I am in Arkansas and that number is not from around here.  Very weird!

Received a call from Dean with Safety Services wanting to speak to owners re. safety meetings and would not elaborate on anything more specific.  When I asked a few informed questions, he disconnected the line.  Very professional company (sarcasm).

I have been receiving calls from this number about once a month for over a year. Same "I was told to contact you about your safety meetings" messages. I called back three times and asked to be remove from their list. Only the most recent return call did I encounter rude and decietfull behavior. Today I immediately called back after receiving the above message and asked for the individual named on the message. The one who answered indicated the person I was asking for was not working today. When I asked to be removed from their list, he tried to barrell me with a bunch of questions of which I plainly stuck to my "please remove my number" objective. He then hung up.

Safety Services Company is owned by a telemarketer named Devon Eric Dickinson. Mr. Dickinson employs convicts from the Oregon Department of Corrections to run his telemarketing business. The calls you are receiving are from CONVICTED FELONS.

They called my cell, and I din't recognize the number so let it got to voice. He mentioned my last name and said he was calling to discuss my companies safety meetings. He left a message with a name Matt Felator (spelling??)and number (866-204-4786) to return his call, but he came up on my caller ID as 231-354-2058, and unlisted number out of Lansing Michigan. He didn't mention a company name and called on my cell, which isn't something I give out to peoiple I don't work with on a daily basis. Sounde fishy! Now I know why.

Received a call from Chuck Byers claiming to be be from OSHA.  This number is for a company trying to scare poeple into using their services. Don't be fooled.

I just reported them to our Attorney General in PA.

Have recieved many calls from this company. I called back and asked to be removed from their list. The gentlemen said, "What list, we did not call you from a list!!" I told them that I was not interested in what they had to sell. He told me very rudely that they would leave a message with "MY" rep. Sure enough, I saw the same number on my caller id today.
