Who is at this #?

I am in Virginia, and I get this number a lot too. All that shows up on the Caller ID is "800 Service." I never pick up. I am not sure who it is, but they call a lot. Anyone have any idea of their identity?

These jack***es call at least 4 times a day. I've never actually spoken with a person. It leaves a voicemail to call back.

I called them.  They confirmed that they ARE NCO Financial.  I'm sure they are a "collector" trying to find the previous owner of my new phone number.  I told them to stop calling me.  We'll see if it worked.

The phone number 866-210-4516 belongs to "NCO Financial Systems Inc." also doing business under the name "NCO Portfolio Management". Their address is listed on their web site as, 507 Prudential Road, Horsham, PA 19044

The keep calling for Jody Starks. THey call 5 times a day and I am tired of the calls.
