They called for a while after my car purchase, then stopped for a month. Now they are back at it calling 2-3 times a day on cell. I never answer 800/866 #s.

Got a call on November 25th around 7 p.m.  I stop using Huffines KIA for service since their local CS employee kept calling me for comments on my last repair.  If I wanted to say something about my repair; I know how to reach them......866-215-1485 was the number and it was my first encounter with the number......

Getting tired of these calls from this number.  Even more annoyed after reading the posts and knowing it is a survey company bothering me during the work day.  How do we stop these calls

Getting real tired of this number calling me.  Read the other posts and now even more annoyed knowing it is a survey company.
Isn't there a place we can go to that will block unwanted calls.

They are calling to follow up on a new car purchase and I am not willing to let them talk to my daughter who has said she is not interested in speaking with them. Dealership did a fine job but that does not change the fact that she does not want to talk to them.

They keep calling me on my cell phone too.  No message.  Just annoying and I get charged if I answer the call......  I had my car serviced in Deland, FL at the Mitsubishi dealer.  If I had a problem I'd call them.  No news is good news. Deland Mitsu did a great job!!!  HOWEVER, I had to go to Deland because of the multiple problems I had at the DAYTONA, FL Mitsubishi.  Problems during the purchase....Gary the paperwork guy is a waste of space and messed up my paperwork on day one, then when I PAID THE CAR OFF he wanted to know why I was cancelling the GAP insurance....duh Gary, I don't have the loan anymore so just send me my refund check.  Then I had problems in the service department....and this page isn't long enough to explain that.........funny I didn't get the survey call when I went to Daytona!    Now I feel better.....thanks everyone for letting me vent.  Have a great day!!!      PS:  I set that number to "no ringer".

I had a call from 866 215-1485 and expecting a call I answered the phone.  When I answered the call I was told all operators were busy and to hold for next available operator. Do I need to say I hung up right away. I have not received any additional calls.

What a way to run a business.

Isuzu dealership. I'm calling isuzu to tell them I'm leaving negative ratings due to repeated anonymous and unwanted phone calls from their survey vendor and that I'll do it every time they call. I'm capable of expressing myself to isuzu without going thru these clowns.

This number has called my cell phones and my home phone, many times! I have answered it just to see who it is. They never answer! After reading these blogs, I would like to find out if I am getting charges for these calls. If I am, I will be researching to find out who owns it and call the Federal Communication Commission about this abuse.
I did call the number back and they did answer with a message of being closed and it was a survey group. I am not sure who it was for.
All of my numbers are on the National do not call list. If they keep it up they will own me for every single call that I am charged for or every call that they make to my phones. All of them have caller ID and it is saved!

Calls my cell once or twice a day, leaves no message.  If it is a dealership survey it probaly because of my recent purchase at Lou Fusz Chevy.  Might answer it if they call me when I'm not working...

based on blog entries, it appears this call is from some company doing surveys on customer satisfaction after recent car service.  do what i did; call your service agent/person at your dealership and tell them they DO NOT have your permission to sell/rent/provide or give your phone number to ANYONE.  and if it keeps up, you will be getting your vehicle[s] serviced elsewhere. tell them you are going to report the caller[s] who as others have indicated, never leaves a message.  I live in CA and such annoying calls are a violation of penal code section 653m if the recipient is annoyed [or the call is threatening or obscene; same section].  the idiots are calling me at 8PM Pacific time which is too dang late for such stupid calls!

Abusive calling

JM Lexus survey.

Calls my cell and home numbers every day, leaves no message and when answered no one is at the other end.

I called this number back and it turned out to be a surveys about my recent visit to my local acura dealership service dept.

I decided to answer after the 8th time the called.  It is a Survey Center...I imagine they call for multiple businesses but they were calling me to see how satisfied I was with my recent service at the Nissan dealership.
