The initial phone call comes from a 281-407-3038 phone number telling me I have to contact EAG at 866-219-8497. These idiots call my family members and call me at home, at work and on my cell at least 3 times a day. Why are there no laws against this type of harassment!

I receive at least 4 calls EVERY day at work, home and my cell from a 281-407-3038 number telling me I have to call EAG at 866-219-8497 and reference my so called case number. Why is nothing being done about these idiots. I read the other posts and I am simply bafdfled as to how this is allowed to keep going on. Why are they allowed to harrass people on a daily basis. Oh, and they have contacted my family members too!

I just received another phone call from them but I believe it is a debt collector and a scare tactic because the guy says that he is an investigator and that its regarding misuse of my SSN#!

This company is a fake debt collector. Uses illegal scare tactics into attempting to collect on debts that are either past being able to pursue recourse or are already paid in full. Do not give them any financial information or even return their calls. They called my work and cell over 52 times in a 15 minute period when I didn't answer their calls. Report them to any government consumer agency you can to get them stopped.

Received a call 12/6/12 from a fraduster posing as a proces server, called me at work and left the following message: ? This is, uhm, Tom. I... uhm... am at your work right now. I have been ordered through XXXX County to serve you a subpoena. I don?t know if you know what is going on or not. We don?t have a legal address but we know you are employed. Uhm, and we are at location and it?s my understanding you are not here. I suggest if you don?t know what is going on, you call this number and find out 866-219-8497 ext. 309 and your case number is XXXX. I will stop by tomorrow morning." Needless to say, NO ONE SHOWED UP at my office. Just a scare tactic.
