Good Luck

I got the same $16.95 charge on my card after "looking" at the $25 Wal-Mart Gift Card linked to Pedi-Paws. I called the 866 number and spoke to Lindsay after being on hold about 5 minutes. She was very nice and said she would reverse the charge and gave me a cancellation number. I sincerely hope this is the end of that. Now I'm concerned about the Pedi-Paws order. I'm going to contact them to see where the order is. I too will follow the advice of a previous comment and use PayPal for ALL future internet ordering. What a runaround. My time is more valuable than this mess.

same problem here. I ordered pedipaws - which I still have not received, yet they billed my cc for the 16.96. When I called she said I must have accepted the pop-up - which I am 100% positive I did not! She said she would cancel and refund to my cc. Hopefully, this will take care of it. This is very disturbing and fraudulent!

Yep, I got that 126.95 charge too. Pedipaws and LOOKED at Walmart gift card. Just called and talked to a very pleasant man and it will be refunded within 48 hours.

I also have a mysterious charge on my bank account for $16.95 from this company. Now I have to spend time at the bank - again!

I have the same problem. Took me almost two weeks to get through. They were hanging up, the phone rang and rang and then there was a message that the # was disconnected. They do have a new # coming out of CA...I guess they had to get out of Dodge pretty quick. It seems they are "piggy-backed" or in their terms Associated with a company that we purchased from and from that association they automatically put us into whatever Prime Time Savings is and charge the card that we used for the original service. I tried to explain to explain to them that this is fraud and stealing at the very least. I don't think they like me. Anyway, if you fax over a copy of the transactions on your bank statement to 925-331-1120 they will only take off the most current billing. We shall see about that. Good luck to us all.

I never received a telephone call from this number, but I was charged a fee from Primetime - 866-223-1555. I called and spoke with someone by the name of Milissa, she said she would cancel this order and refund the fee that was charged to my account.
Darlene 2011-06-06 21:01:05 Unknown
Ok - I got a $16.95 charge on my debit card from Prime Time. Never heard of them. Called my bank. They cancelled my card and are sending fraud documents for me to sign. They said my money would be refunded in about 5 days. In the meantime, I called the 855-223-1555 number and told them I had a charge on my debit card that I did not authorize. After wanting my phone number and address (which I was hesitent to give), she stated that I had clicked on a $25 Walmart Gift card pop-up, and by doing so, automatically authorized the charge. She said the charges would be reversed in 7-10 business days and gave me a cancellation number. Who knows! I didn't even ask what the $16.95 was purchasing.

this is a damn gimmick, how can we stop it, so is acaipure, do not deal with them either
christine 2011-06-06 21:01:05 Unknown
so is green tea extreme, which i got as part of a double promotional deal for a free netflix trial. ive had charges from prime time and easy saver billed to the same account that i ordered the green tea with, only AFTER i charged the green tea extreme on the account. the company billed me for the trial green tree and 2 whole refills after i had canceled, received a cancellation confirmation, and never sent that 2nd refill anyway. they never refunded the entire amount. customer service has been wholly unresponsive when i questioned why the refund was any different than the original purchase price (especially because there cant possibly be a restocking fee for something i never received!). the company is central coast nurtra. STAY AWAY.

I was charged 16.95 to my account. What the hell is this?
MARY STANLEY 2011-06-06 21:01:05 Unknown
I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM PRIME TIME SAVINGS AT MY WORK ADDRESS SO I KNOW SOMETHING IS WRONG ALREADY. I TRIED TO GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE AND WHEN THEY ASKED IF I COULD HOLD I SAID NO BUT THEY HAD ALREADY PUT ME ON HOLD. I AM , AT THIS MOMENT, ON HOLD WITH THEM BUT DON'T EXPECT TO HAVE ANY ONE PICK UP THE PHONE. I HAVE NO IDEA WHO THESE PEOPLE ARE AND HAVE NO CREDIT CARD THAT THEY CAN CHARGE SO I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEIR SCAM IS BUT THERE MUST BE ONE.

Calling this number is a wast of time. They claim that they don't represent Pedi-Paws. I received a check for $8.25. It claims all I have to do is sign and cash it. In reality, and in very fine print, if I signed it, I would be signing up automatically for a credit card, cute con. If there is an attorney out there who is willing to file a class action suit, I'll be happy to participate. If I don't hear anything, I'll be happy to file a suit on my behalf. This con artist marketing has to stop.

They want proof that I cancelled. 866 numbers are toll free so my telephone bill does not record my calls. I can't find any information on this company.

B.T.W. they say they get account numbers from "sister-companies". I'm thinking CountryWide Loans.

I too received a charge from this company. I do not know who they are and what the charge is for. Can anyone help?

The same thing to me too, a charge in my bank statement with this number. Does anyone knows what kind a phone # is this?

I have 4 charges from this company on my card. Does anyone know who this is???
CK 2011-06-06 21:01:05 Unknown
Company is a customer service call bank for Essential Medical Supply. You will need to call them repeatedly to get your money back. I was successful after having to get very ugly.

This tops them all for most pathetic "customer service" ever. I call 866 223 1555 to have charges removed from my account. Apparently they have pretty divisive fine-print. Anyway long story short while I am viewing my account online the charges still say "PENDING", Deserey Employee#211 removes one charge but declares the other is already posted to my account and is non-refundable in condescending tone. When asked to speak to a supervisor, Deserey Employee#211 says "I am the supervisor." I then asked to speak to her supervisor. Deserey Employee#211 hangs up. Pathetic.

They charged my checking account without authorization for over $50.00. So what now?
andy hulst 2011-06-06 21:01:05 Unknown
does anyone know how this company get your account number to charge you?
Robert Carnahan 2011-06-06 21:01:05 Unknown
Hey, I called and called and asked for different supervisors, managers, and bosses, all of whom I threatened with the Justice Department for fraud, identity theft, and preditory practices & listening to their 1000 & 1 excuses. After they hung up on me a few times and cursed at me while I kept my cool, they finally refunded the money they stole from my account.
They are theives and no form of law enforcement gives a damn.

This phone number is on my bank statement for a bill that I didnt authorize, who is this, and where are they from and what do they want?
T. Nguyen 2011-06-06 21:01:05 Unknown
I just called them right now and they said their computers are down and that I have to call back in 2-3 hours. What kind of crap is that? Are they trying to avoid people now?
Concerned Consumer 2011-06-06 21:01:05 Unknown
This is not reputable marketing. I just got off the phone with them and she told me that I might have order something online and clicked on a pop-up which transfered my cc info to them. She told me that the charges would be refunded. The only company that I ordered from was as seen on tv. So all beware of what you click on, I never authorized these charges but was still charge.
