rings 20 times a day and if answered hangs up

I get the same thing as the prior poster - then if you call the number back it says to call the 800 number you were given

Annoying phone call. Will not identify the caller.

disturbing calls, everyday didnt leave a message. 6 times a week. its really annoying calls.
