Robo call and recording from a debt collector for a person whose name is not mine. I've had my cell number for 5+ years, I live alone, and have no debts. Told me to hang up if I was not the person they were calling. Then went on to leave a call back number with an account code to give to the person who answered the phone. Mechanical voice with a British accent.
