they keep calling me to talking about imperativeness and a "nancy drewery"

They keep calling and not leaving a message. Anyone have ideas on how to make it stop? I don't think I owe anyone money.

Yup - just got a call from this number and when I tried to call it back automated message said call cannot be completed at this time. The number the grumpy lady left for my daughter was 1-800-563-4929 saying her account had been "flagged".  Funny how the number on the caller ID is one number and the other number is a 1-800 that is left to call back. She didn't say what account had been flagged

866-234-1834 is the phone # for a company called global credit.  these guys hounded me (30 calls in 30 days). finally i was able to pick up and it turned out that they are a credit agency with a wrong number (a familiar story).  they haven't yet figured out that guys with bad debts have a habit of giving out fake phone #s.  smart they aren't.  i told them to take me off their list.  i got another call from them 15 minutes later (slow learners) - from a different fellow.  i repeated my message.  i'm waiting...

Dear bill i have called this number back many many times and the same answering machine voice tells me that the number is no longer in service. sounds like you might be in collections eh. Any way don't worry about the people who for reasons i am sure your refering 2 about unpaid bills everyone has a story no matter how much money you make. i just came on here to report this number thankyou very much.866-234-1834

18662341834 keeps calling and leaves no message. don't know who they are and when i answered it tells me to hold for someone.

I want to make a complaint against that number that keeps calling on my cell.

I have been getting calls on my phone with this number for over 2 months now and they call every
hour on the hour at all hours.  They also do not leave messages.  I have never answered  them either.
I did dial it once under *67 and was told that this number can't be reached from my area.  I am
in Oakville, Ontario, Canada.  I wish there was a way to block it but apparently there isn't on a
cell phone.

I have been getting calls fromthis number non stop and a real person clicked thru today and wanted personal information address, birth date etc - it is freaking me out they had my name!! The guy had a thick african accent and when I aked him to identify himself he wouldn't  - when I aked what it was about he said he would tell me after he recieved all my personal information.

I got called 3x in 20mins. I kept getting an automate voice saying they were trying to connect me because they had a call for my number. I'm waiting to hear a real voice on the other end to vent my frustration.

It is a leasing company in Virginia..they just called me twice in 20 minutes.  I returned the call and spoke to a woman who had no idea what was happening, or why it was happening.  A glitch in their system.

and she is not allowed to get any calls from the number that she doesn't know
could someone please tell me what this number is?

If thsy are calling anyone more then 3 times in a seven day peropd, you can file a complaint. These complaints are taken very serious.
Global violates these rules all the time, they used to ne known as Natale law firm, but because of complaints to the law society, she decided to start Global Credit to get around the many complaints against her. These people are scum. I urge anyone be hassled by them to file a complaint against them, Here is a link to some rules governing collection in Ontario.
