Its actually GMAC they can't get thier accounts correct they panhandle your money and then claim additional money from you then add late fees on that added money and keep charging.  I have been overpaying my account by approx. $36.00 every single month and the statement I ask for each month when I get a past due amount is exactly ther overpayment I have on my account to the penny.  They are a lost cause and need help is there any financial instution that might be able to bail them out LOL??? GMAC call me one more time and hang up without leaving a message I will report you again!!! Fair Trade Commission loves to get these cases they charge the company.
